Chapter 8 - First Kiss

*Few hours had passed since the café incident, it was now the end of all lectures*

4:00pm

Blaze had just finished his final lecture for the day and started to pack his books away. Students flooded out of the classroom including Ein and Kai, leaving Blaze all alone with the Coach. "Um, Coach!" Blaze shouted, "Yes my boy?", "I was wondering if there was a specific shop in the campus where I could buy the official sports team kit from? The trials for the sports team are this weekend and I'd like to come prepared and you know, impress the seniors!" Blazes face lit up as he fantasised him and the seniors hanging out and laughing together. "Hmm, sorry to tell you this but the official sports team kit is only given to members of the sports club. However, if you go to the colleges clothing store I'm sure they will have the regular sports kit, it may not be the real thing but it might at least you'll get noticed by some seniors". Blaze smiled and thanked the Coach with a smile then headed out the room carrying his backpack over one shoulder. " Right! Game plan. Tomorrow I'll go buy the sports kit, then go try and meet some seniors before trials, maybe buy them a few drinks or snacks! Then finally shove my success in Eins face this weekend when I get into the sports team and he doesn't, Muahaha, it's genius!". Blaze quietly chuckled to himself whilst walking out of the sports program and onto the campus green. 

*10 minutes later*

Suddenly Blaze notices a large crowd of people swarming around what looks to be a fight. Blaze slowly makes his way over to the circle of students. He gently taps a girls shoulder that is in the crowd, "Hey, what's going on here?", the girl turns to face Blaze whilst having her phone glued onto the fight, "Didn't you hear! One of the freshmen werewolfs challenged the alpha!", "What!?" Blazes eyes shot wide open, who the hell would be dumb enough to challenge the alpha on their 3rd day in? Before Blaze turned away to head to his dorm he heard a familiar voice, "Tha-*cough* That all you got! *cough*". A sudden realisation hit Blaze. Who is a freshmen, who has balls of steel and has the attitude of an enraged bull. Blaze quickly pushed through the crowd making his way to the front line, trying has hard as he could to see the fight. There were around 5 senior werewolfs surrounding the freshmen, punching, scratching, biting and pummelling the freshman into the ground. The freshman had already knocked out 4 senior werewolfs, but all his energy had gone and all that was left was his fighting spirit. Blaze finally made his way to the front and to no astonishment, he saw Ein being the centre of this fight. Blaze looked around seeing no way for him to stop the fight, all the other students just watched and recorded the fight, some going onto Instagram and Facebook live. There were no teachers around to stop the fight and seeing as it was Wednesday all teachers had a meeting with the headmistress which was set at the complete opposite side of the campus. Ein was getting weaker and weaker by the second, his clothes were all torn us and was bleeding from several spots. Blaze didn't know what to do. But he knew he was the only one who could stop it. So he gathered up all of his courage , took a deep breath in and screamed at the top of his lungs:

"STOP!!!!!!"

Silence fell upon the green, all eyes were on Blaze including Eins. "B-*cough* Blaze....Wha-what are you d-" Ein was cut off by one of the seniors, "Hey you! What do you think your doing? Can't you see I'm a little BUSY?". The senior spoke in a strong and threatening tone, Blaze looked up at the senior and gulped, "do you even know who I am kid?!", "No sir.." Blaze replied in a soft tone. "I'm Balto! I'm the Alpha that rules this here campus and this stupid freshman asked me DIRECTLY if he could challenge me for the Alpha spot, so if you don't mind we can continue!", Balto turned around and rose his fist as he was about to strike Ein again, "Wait!" Blaze replied, Balto turned around,  face frozen solid, his eyes were stern and mouth twitching. "Don't you think it's a little unfair having multiple guys gang up on this freshman?", "What are you talking about?" Balto mumbled. "Well I don't know but, when an werewolf lower than you challenges you, isn't it YOUR responsibility to fight him, not your colleges?".
