Chapter 11 - The Deal

*Thursday - 1pm*

Blaze sprinted towards the dorms, his face was as red as a tomato as he ran across the campus green to reach the halls. As he reached the outside of his dorm room his hand stopped as it was about to reach the door. 'What if Ein is in there?' Blaze thought to himself, "Shit...I was so embarrassed I thoughtlessly ran to the dorm without thinking about the possibility that Ein would be in there....even though we are...roommates". Blaze placed one ear on the door, hearing out for any sounds of movement or speech. Blaze started moving up and down and across the door . "Do you guys smell something?", "I smell an unwanted shit bag". Blaze suddenly stopped, he turned to find himself being stared at by a group of sporty looking students standing in the corridor holding faces as if they'd just had a horse take a shit on their shoes. "The school hired cleaners for a reason, to clean up all the irrelevant filthy trash on the school grounds". "why do the school even bother hiring cleaners if they won't even do their fucking job", "maybe some trash isn't worthy of being noticed hahaha" the boys continued to laugh and ridicule Blaze. Luckily Blaze has dealt with people like this in High school and has learnt to ignore them, however In highschool, they were werewolfs, not humans. Blaze turned to the door for one last check as being out in the open was just going to make his situation worse. He listened again. Silence. Blaze couldn't hear anything sceptical so he slowly caressed the door knob and anxiously opened the door. Luckily no one was inside, "Phew!" Blaze let out a huge sigh of relief, but realised he couldn't run forever, he'd have to one day face Ein and talk things through.

"Uahhh", Blaze flew onto his bed and cuddled up to his pillow. "What the hell am I going to say when he gets back? Ughhhhh......it's going to be so arkwardddd", Blaze turned to face the ceiling and gradually shut his eyes and fell asleep within 5 minutes.

*3 hours later*

Blaze opens his eyes, the sun had pierced through their dorm and reflected off of Ein's wall mirror, hitting Blazes eyes. "whh...ughhh", Blaze sat up and rapidly placed his hands over his face to block out any sunlight. "Ugh.. whta time is it?", "4:26" suddenly a familiar sound emerged from the end of Blazes bed, he quickly sat up to see who it was. "K-KAI? Wha- How did you get in here?", "After you ran off I got worried, so I followed you to your dorm. When I arrived the door was wide open and you were fast asleep, I thought I'd wait till you woke up since I had nothing better to do" Kai replied. "So you've been waiting here? On my bed? For over 3 HOURS?!" Blaze confusedly shouted. "No no no. That would just be creepy. I did a bit of cleaning up, it looked like you still hadn't fully organised all your things since move in day. So. I decided to help you. Everything is cleaned and dusted, the windows, the mirror, your shelves, you name it". Blaze sat up and faced the ginger meif'wa, "Kai...*sigh*... as much as I appreciate the help I'd prefer it if you hadn't gone through all my things, but, thank you anyways, for everything. Also I promise I'll make what happened earlier up to you. Somethings were in my mind and.... lets just say today has been a very ODD day". Kai smoothly moved his self next to the werewolf, placing both arms around the boy and embracing him in a hug. "You know you can always talk to me ... if anything is ever bothering you. And I also promise that I won't go through your things ever again, I was just worried, that's all",Blaze couldn't help but feel sorry for Kai: He'd ditched him at Lunch; Forcefully ran away from him without explanation and yelled at him for helping him out. *I don't deserve nice people like this is my life, why am I so selfish?* Blaze thought. They both engaged in a friendly and warm embrace, enjoying each other's body warmth while it lasted, "Thanks Kai, I'm ...sorry I've been such a jerk today. I've placed all my heavy emotions on you when all you've done for me is be nice and welcoming ever since I joined the university, I honestly don't know how I'll ever make it up to you" Blaze held the hug. "It's fine dude, hey what about tomorrow we go out for a pizza? Just you and me? Just 2 bros hanging out, maybe do some shopping if you don't have any lectures? And That's....IF, I'm not broke heheh" Kai laughed. "Haha sounds goo-
