When You Asked For My Love (NamJin / Taekook) [COMPLETED]

Reason

A loud cracking sound came from the wall as Namjoon shoved a disheveled looking Jungkook up against it. A groan of pain erupted from the dark haired boy as his head made contact with the hard wall. Trying to get a hold of his thoughts Jungkook mumbled under his breath to Namjoon, "Did you really have to drag me away from the house and then slam me up against a wall?"

"Yes," Namjoon hissed out between his teeth. "What were you doing there? Were you the one who was following me?"

Cautiously Jungkook placed his hands on top of Namjoon's and tried to move the other boy's hands off his throat. "I was the one following you, but I only did it because I was worried about you. For the last few years you have been leaving for months and returning to the mansion for a day and then leaving again."

"It is none of your business what I choose to do with my time," Namjoon growled and tightened his grip on Jungkook's throat as he pressed the boy into the wall more.

"Maybe, but I've known you since you were human and it's natural for me to worry." Once again Jungkook tried to remove Namjoon's hold on him, but his effort was fruitless. Sighing in defeat Jungkook removed his hands from Namjoon's. "Will you please let go of my neck already. I may not need to breath, but it's still uncomfortable being strangled."

A bit reluctant Namjoon released his hold on Jungkook and waited for the other vampire to continue explaining himself, but when Jungkook only brushed imaginary dirty off his cloths and remained silent he made to leave, but a hand on his shoulder stopped him.

"Who are those two kids you were watching?" Jungkook inquired. "I haven't seen you have any contact with humans, unless you're feeding off them, since you were first turned into a vampire. What is so special about those two children?"

"Hn. I don't need to explain myself to you."

"Little dudes! Come out! You know Tae has to go home!" Jin's father  called through out the house with Jennie following him. When the two kids woke up that morning and heard that Tae's mom, Jennie, had come to take the little blonde home the two of them went into hiding. "Little dudes I'm serious. Tae has to go home!"

"No he doesn't," the muffled cry came the closet.

A smile spread across Suho's face. "I wonder where Jin and Tae are hiding?" he said even though he already knew. "I wanted to give them some cookies but I can't find them. I guess I'll just have eat them myself."

"NO!" The two boy's cried out in horror and burst out of the closet and each grabbed onto one of Suho's legs. Choruses of "We're here! We're here!" rang from the boys' lips as they tried to prove to their elder they were right in front of him and could have the cookies.

"Tae," silence settled over the room at the sound of Jennie's quiet and soothing voice. "it's time to go home."

"I wanna stay with Hyungie" Tae pouted. "Please Mommy, can't I stay with Jin Hyung a little longer?"

A sad smile took over Jennie's face as she shook her head "no," causing the two children to cling to one another. "I promise you can play with Seok Jin again sometime soon." But Jennie's effort to calm the to boys was in vain since they only seemed to hold onto each other more tightly.

"Can't we take Jin Hyung with us? We can adopt him and he can be my brother. Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please? Please?"

Jennie tried hard not to laugh at the puppy dog faces Jin and Tae were giving her. Sometimes the two boys were just too cute, but at the same time the faces broke her heart. "I'm sorry Taetae, but we can't adopt Jin. He already has a family that loves him very much."
