He Surprises You at Your High School Graduation

Calum-

"Cal, seriously it's okay, you need to do the gig, they need you, I was stupid to mention it!" You say.

He couldn't make it to your high school graduation, and he was beating himself up over it, sure you were pissed because it was a last minute gig, and he knew you were graduating tonight, but he needs to live his dream. Yours is only beginning.

•At The Graduation•

"Y/N Hood" the speaker calls. You walk up to the platform, and accept your diploma, shaking the principals hand.

"Congratulations to the class of 2014, throw your caps at this time!" The Valid Victorian says, throwing his own cap in the air.

"WOOH!" The graduates and your fellow classmates yell, tossing the caps, and catching them.

"Guess who?" Someone whispers in your ear.

You spin around, your heart racing.

"CALUM!" You screech, throwing your arms around him. He chuckles and hugs you back tightly.

Ashton-

His POV

"I tried, but I can't come!" I lie, I'm just going to surprise her, she is valid Victorian, that is a huge honor, no way am I missing that.

•Graduation•

"Hello, parents, peers, class of 2014, tonight is a special night, something I think everyone has been waiting for, because it's graduation, and everyone has a reason to be excited for it.."

She finishes her speech and I wait by the door, with flowers, hiding.

"Mom, I can't help it, I'm upset, he's my brother, I can't be upset because I wanted him to come to my graduation?" I hear her yell, sassily.

"Hey." I say calmly, hugging her before she can even cry.

"You came." She whispers.

"Of course I did." I say back, rubbing her head.

Luke-

"Ms. Hemmings, we have a surprise for you!" The director of the graduation says, scanning the crowd, looking for me.

What is it though? I wasn't a special student, I just had a good GPA, and maybe a scholarship? Wasn't valid Victorian or anything.

"Yes?" I ask, standing beside him.

In the corner of my eye, I see a tall figure, in black skinny jeans, and bright blonde hair.

Luke?

"LUKE!" I scream, running towards him.

His hands fly from his pockets, and he wraps me in a hug.

"You said you couldn't come!" I yell.

"Things changed." He says, into my hair.

The crowd begin clapping, and we all begin to file out of the gym.

Michael-

"AT LEAST I FINISHED HIGH SCHOOL!" I yell at Michael.

My high school graduation wasn't tonight, and he didn't want to come, just didn't want to.

"Fine I'll come, let me make the fucking princess happy!" He screams getting into the car.

I couldn't sit still all night, I practically missed my name, Michael had me all messed up. He was so pissed off.

"Y/N! I'm sorry!" He yells, chasing me to the car.

"I am too, I shouldn't have said that." I whisper.

"No, I shouldn't have ever not considered going to your graduation!" He yells.

"Mikey, don't blame yourself. It's not your fault." I say.

He smiles and nods, kissing my cheek.

"I'm proud of you." He whispers, and that's the last thing I heard before I fell asleep in the car.
