I walked up the fire escape a smile on my face. My sister was out on a camp for a few weeks so that means I can have some free time with out her nagging at me. As I put in my headphones my favorite song came on. It didn't matter where I was I always had to dance to this song. I've done this so many times that it has become the norm for people living around my apartments.

When the song ended I opened my eyes and noticed something odd sitting a few levels down on the fire escape. Upon inspecting it I noticed that it was a strange canister full of a strange ooze. I went to open it to see what the stuff was, but I heard a rattling and a harsh whisper a level up. Running up I saw something I couldn't believe. Two giant turtles were standing there, towering over me. One was in a red mask and about a foot shorter than the other. The second was wearing a purple mask and had a gap in it's teeth. Taking a step back in shock I went tumbling down the staircase.

"Hand over the mutagen!" One yelled and as my vision focused I saw the shorter one charging at me before I could react and punched me.

"What the! I don't know what you're talking about!" I snapped at him when the stun from the punch faded and clenched my fists ready to fight back.

"Don't know what I'm talking about huh? Maybe I should knock some sense into you!" He growled and went to slap me, but I sprinted down the fire escape, still clenching the canister.

"Get back here!" I heard him shout and follow me.

"So much for stealth, Raph!" I heard the second snap at the first.

I continued running down the escape until the first grabbed the hood of my jacket causing me to gag the threw me against the wall.

"Give us the mutagen!" He yelled in fury.

"Just leave me alone!" I cried and struggled to get away from the creature.

"Not until you give us the mutagen!" He yelled and punched me in the gut causing to cough up blood.

"Raph, go easy on her!" The other pleaded, but he didn't listen and he threw me down the fire escape and I heard a crack and a sharp pain went through my leg.

"Help!" I yelped in pain and I heard a shatter and another wave of pain went through my stomach.

"No! Raph what have you done!" The second yelled and I blacked out.
