LUKE

I feel my eyes flutter open. Everything stings. My vision is blurred but I know that Im in Michaels bed. Why didnt it work? I groan.

I hear rushing and I then see Michael, his hair is red now. I love red. I try to smile but I just cant. That night that Michael rejected me replays in my head.

"Luke, Luke, Oh my god, I thought I would lose you. Im so sorry! Its been like 2 days," He broke down into tears kneeling beside me holding my hand.

"M-mike? Its okay," I say gruffly. "I need some water,"

"Of course, right away!" He said seeming really nervous. He returns very quickly with a glass and helps me sit up. I sip it gently and he stares at me like he's afraid I'll disappear. Its understandable, I nearly did.

We sit in silence for a few minutes. I feel so miserable right now, like I've let everyone down. I notice that Michael is still on the floor, and I clear my throat before speaking. "Do you want to come up here? I mean its a double bed and all.."

"Yes, yes I do." He said shakily. As he climbed in with me and I tried to keep my distance, i felt a tear roll down my face. Before I knew it I was sobbing.

"Luke its okay, come here," Mike whispered sadly.

I move over to him and put my head on his chest as he holds me. "Im sorry Mikey I was so stupid." I cried.

He wiped a tear from my face. "Luke, Im right here for you whenever you need me, alright?" I nodded.

"Lets just watch some tv," He mumbled, and we do for a while.

Michael leaned over to me and kissed my temple. "I am really sorry,"

"It's alright, can I have some food please? Im a little hungry." I mumbled looking up at him. He nodded

"Ill go to Mcdonalds again alright? I know you like it there," He says to me. I half smile back at him, the best I can do at this time.

"Thanks, Mikey."

After he leaves I relax into the pillow that smells like Michael. Im glad I have him, even if he doesnt want me.
