Chapter six: Nightmare

“Taemin isn't picking up.” Taehyung stated.

“Maybe he's asleep?” Namjoon tells his younger brother who again tries to call one of his best friend.

Darkness settled as stars and the moon could be only seen up above the sky.

After a long way tour around the town from tasting the local foods and taking a swim on the local open beaches the group finally decided to go back at the Park residence.

Soon as Jimin parks the car inside the garage Taehyung hurries to flee inside.

“Your brother's too worried for his friend. ” Jackson says as helps Rosé and Jimin carry the things they brought.

“Taemin and Taehyung we're best friends since highschool. ” Namjoon says as he took his bag with him.

“How about you Rosé?” Jackson asks the only girl in the group.

“I came to know them due to Jennie she's my best friend and she's the girl friend of Kai’s and so I meet them Jackson sunbae.” She explains.

“So basically you all came to know each other during college except for Taehyung and Taemin, am I correct?” Jackson asks.

“Pretty much, sunbae.” Rosé answers.

The four halted their steps as they saw Taehyung talking to an older lady which presumably is Jimin's mother the group thought as Jimin then smiles calling the woman Eomma.

“Eomma.”

“Jimin.” His mother acknowledges.

“Taehyung what are you and my mother talking about?” He inquires.

“I was asking Auntie if she had seen Taemin.” Taehyung answers.

“He is talking with Dara at the backyard. ” Mrs. Park answers.

“You mean by Dara..., Jimin's older sister, Auntie?” Taehyung asks.

Mrs. Park nods her head.

“Is she okay now, Eomma?” Jimin asks referring to his older sister's health.

“Yes the doctor got her cleared for us to get home today.” The elder woman pauses looking over the other three who stood behind Jimin. “Why don't you introduced me to your friends perhaps, son?”

Jimin turns. “Ah, sorry Eomma, this is Namjoon hyung Taehyung's brother, Jackson hyung his co worker, Rosé a friend of ours and you already knew Taehyung. ” Jimin introduced pointing at each one as they bow their heads at the woman by respect.

“Of course how could I forget this child, I remembered him showing up behind your back whenever I video call you at your school.” His mother chuckles finding Jimin's best friend in the university hilarious.

“Auntie you should remembered me by as the most handsome best friend of Jimin's. ” Taehyung adds showing his boxy smile.

Jimin's mother chuckles as everybody laughs.

“Speaking of remember, I remembered you we're asking for Taemin, why though?” Namjoon asks his brother.

“We'll we came here together it's only best to watch each others back since we don't really know this place yet.” Taehyung points out, on rare times like this Taehyung's maturity shows that amazes Namjoon making him proud.

“Noona why are you here alone?, I thought you we're in your room?” Taemin asks the woman sitting down the grounded grass in the backyard.

He sigh's as she didn't responded. He took a sit next to her instead and follows her gaze where it lead him looking up the sky where the moon brightly shines.

Silence engulfs them both.

“I told you to leave., didn't I?” She breaks the silence.

Taemin turns to her looking at Jimin's older sister.

She turns to face him looking straight into his eyes. “You must leave, I'm warning you., I can't keep saving you and my brother, please. ” Her eyes says its all, pleading.

Taemin nods. “I'll leave with Jimin but Noona can you at least tell me who are you saving us from?, was it the man earlier morning who I've met cause if he is a bad man then we must report it to the police..., your parents-”

She shakes her head saying. “No, no, no, do that and you won't ever see a day again..., listen to me if you want to save yourself and your friends leave tonight..., I'll take care about explaining it to Jimin and I's parents just leave, I can't tell you what it is just trust me as I trust you bring with you my brother to safety-”

“Noona?” Jimin's voice cuts her off.

Taemin stood up from his sit offering a smile at Jimin, as he helps his sister stand up.

She took his hand and dusted off her pants as she turn to Jimin walking towards her younger brother giving him a warm embrace.

“Noona?” Jimin asks for her sudden actions looking back at Taemin for answers.

Taemin shrugs his shoulders placing his hands on his hoodies pocket.

“Noona what's wrong?” Jimin asks softly embracing his sister, tapping gently her back.

“I had a nightmare, Jimin.” She was all she answered.

“Jennie where are you and Kai now?, we're about to have dinner.” Rosé asks through the phone.

“Omo?, where on our way.” Jennie answers.

“Okay., make sure you are girl.” She tells her friend.

Jennie chuckles through the other line. “Yes mother I will be there.”

Rosé laughs. “Hand the phone to your boyfriend I want to talk to him, to make sure he gets you back here.”

Jennie hands the phone to Kai as Kai drives their way back. “What's up mother in law?” Kai jokes.

She snorts. “Hey man, get my best friend back here cause she can't skip the Park's delicious meals they offer.”

“Sure, madame. ” Kai answers her.

“I’m serious it's getting late you two.” Rosé added.

“Yeah, we're almost there don't worry I'll get your daughter back there mother in law.” Kai chuckles.
