Chapter 11: Scent

“Fucking shit they are stopping.” Taehyung rasps.

Namjoon rose a brow through the rearview mirror.

“Why would they stop?, Is it because of this awful rain?” Numerous questions left Rosé's mouth as the rain pours wildly.

Taemin sighs. “Then we should be thankful.”

“I agree.” Jennie nods her head.

“Shit.” Taemin grumbles.

Slowly their cars halts.

“What's happening?” Jackson inquires.

“We're out of gas.”

“I can smell them, we're near.” Jimin says sprinting with Baekhyun following behind him.

They both stopped in the middle of the highway where a familiar car is slowly stopping.

Jimin then goes near the vehicle not minding the screams of horror his friends are eliciting inside the vehicle he momentarily steps back his head low with Baekhyun following his movements.

“I think they are not here to harm us.” Taemin stated.

Namjoon double checks looking over the two enormous wolves staying still in front of their car in this heavy rain with their head down low.

Taemin even with his heart erratically pounding takes off his seatbelt and got out of the car not hearing his friends constant shout of warning slowly the rain calms as he got out the car with his friends looking through the windows.

“Jimin?” He asks.

The brown furred wolf  shots his head up.

Slowly the rain abruptly stops and all of he's friends got out of the car.

Taemin steps forward as the brown furred worewolf nudges his arm nuzzling it's nose. Taemin hesitatingly touches the beast.

He turns back to the beast facing his friends right after. “Guy's it's Jimin.” He laughs as the wolf steps near him again with the ash colored wolf behind him. “Baekhyun?” Taemin again tries to asks.

The latter nods.

“Jimin we're out of gas, we can't go further beyond out of the boarder.” Taehyung stated.

The wolf barks before sitting down.

Taehyung smirks. “Get your important things in the car we're riding on them.”

Jackson looks at him amused. “You got to be kidding me.”

They reach the border the two worewolves catches their breath before sitting down with their passengers getting off.

The two worewolves slowly changes their forms as everyone turns their back at them before Taehyung places two towels on the his bag near them.

With everyone backs facing them they changed forms sweat covered them Jimin and Baekhyun took the shower towels offered inside the bag Taehyung left behind after tucking the towels securely on their waist Jimin speaks up. “Walk a little further away from here a bus station will be found.”

They all then turn to face them again.

“What about you?, aren't you coming with us?” Jennie asks.

“No, I need to stay and settle things.” Jimin answers.

“Will we be safe?” Rosé asks.

“You will be, your out of our land we do held our words not to touch human outside the boarders for if ever like you guy's survive who would even want to tell such tale, that no one would believe.” Baekhyun tells them his thoughts.
