Time had been going by really slow but at a slow but steady pace it became lunch, finally. The bells rings and I climb out of my chair to find Michael and Jeremy since they aren't in this one class with me.

I walk down the aisle and I get a light shove into a desk, I quickly step up to see who it was. It was a boy with a red stripe in his hair, weird I've never saw him before.

I quickly get my stuff and follow him out of the class to see where he goes. He walks over to another boy beside a line of lockers.

"Jakey D, what's the story with Madilyn?!" the boy proceeds to ask whilst being very hyper.

"Ohoho, I shouldn't say...! But it's a good thing I rock at pool" the pair fist bump and laugh then they proceed to walk away.

"What are you doing? Stalking my boyfriend?" I spin around to see Chloe looking down at me and I was a few inches smaller.

"N-nothing just daydreaming! I have to find Michael, I'll be on my way and you have a great day!" I quickly explain and attempt to walk away and I feel a firm hand on my shoulder.

"Leave him alone or else, I already know what type of person you are!" I tilt my head to the side a bit and fold my arms. Chloe leans into my ear and whispers, "slut". She spins on her heels and she walks away with Brooke and Christine. I stand there in shook at what she called me but snap back into reality and head to find the other two of my trio.

Michael and Jeremy are sat on a patch of grass in the sunlight hidden away from the school and I just smile at them and give a wave. They shuffle along and give me a space.

"What took you so long?" Jeremy asks me as his arms lean backwards and support his sitting body.

"Oh nothing, I just got held up in class!" I make up an excuse just so we don't cause more trouble. "And hey, what's the deal with Chloe and Jake, are they like.. a thing?"

"I see you like Jake now, trust me you won't get far with him." Michael adds in with a tone of jealousy.

"God no! I wouldn't ever like him." I stare at him with disgust.

"Chloe and Jake? They aren't in a relationship anymore, they haven't been for ages. But apparently Madilyn told Jake she'll only have sex with him if he beat he at pool and then she lost at pool.. deliberately!" Me and Michael listen to Jeremy in depth, proceeding every bit of information that comes from his mouth. "Hey I'm gonna get a drink from the cafeteria, you want something?" Michael and I shake our heads.

"I've got my crystal pepsi, I'm good!" Michael shouts to Jeremy as he walks away and I giggle. He takes out his bottle of crystal pepsi and begins to examine it. "It's like normal pepsi really, it's just clear!"

"Wow can everyone give Sir Michael Mell a round of applause for his magnificent work on science, his award is nominated for-"

"Oh shit up" we giggle and he lightly shoves me on the arm I fell on and I didn't realise there was a bruise so I flinched. "Hey what's wrong?"

I look up from my arm into Michael's eyes but quickly turn away and shrug my shoulders.

"You must have hit a nerve or something" I turn my arm whilst still having my sleeve covering it but Michael goes to roll it up.

"What's that off?" Michael wonders concerningly.

"I tripped in class whilst handing out textbooks, it's nothing" He doesn't look too convinced and he just shrugs his shoulders in a way that he agrees with the statement.

"Man, where's Jeremy?" We look around the corner to see if we can spot him but we don't see him.

Me and Michael for the rest of lunch talk about Apocalypse Of The Damned and I found out he can't get past level 9 which is weird cause I'm only of level 3 since I use both controllers for the game by myself, since I had no friends to play with and Evan doesn't like video games.

"Hey guys!" Jeremy says out of breath.

"Where were you, Jeremy? We deserve an answer after waiting all this time for you." Michael says to Jeremy folding his arms in a small temper.

"Rich Goranski stopped me in the bathroom, whilst still calling me tall ass, and began telling me about a.. Squip?" Me and Michael turn to each other thinking he was making up some bullshit but it seemed legit in a way, "He told me that if I got a Squip, none of us would be losers anymore and he explained how it worked and EVERYTHING!!" Jeremy said almost jumping out of his skin, this.. Squip sounded suspicious.

"And what even is a Squip? Did he explain that?" Jeremy looks at me after I ask the question as he rolls his eyes.

"Of course he did! It's a grey oblong pill, quantum nano-technology CPU"
He explains as he starts doing weird motions with his hands.

"So it's like.. drugs?" Me and Michael ask him at the same time, we're both really curious about it.

"Apparently it's better than drugs" the bell goes off as Jeremy tells us and we head over to maths class.

*After school*

We all head towards Michael's car and there is a note attached to the windshield wiped. He sighs thinking it was a parking ticket or something like that.

Who even drives PT Cruisers anymore, they suck!

He scrumples the note up and throws it to the ground and goes to kick the tire but something stops him, probably his instinct.

We all jump into the car in silence, my guess was that we were all thinking about the note placed on the car, who would write that?

Jeremy is the first person to get out of the car and we say and wave our goodbyes to him and Michael pulls away and begins to drive a different way to my house.

"Michael you missed the turn, the turn was back there" I say as I look through the back window to try and point out which turn.

"Oh yeah sorry about that, I was gonna ask you if you wanted to come to my place and play Apocalypse Of The Damned and we'll play from level 3 so you can complete it?"
