Tuesday:

I woke up at 6:30 and pottered downstairs into the kitchen and put my bread in the toaster. My mum came down soon after and started making the pack lunches whilst I buttered and covered my toast in marmite, you either love it or hate it, I love it but it is even better with milk.

My mum came downstairs and reminded me that I was to go home on the bus to Florence's house this afternoon because she would be at work and so would dad. I said that I wouldn't forget, which was true how could I miss an opportunity to go to my best friends house?

I got to school and climbed out the bus after paying my fair, walking onto the school playground I saw Flo standing there already waiting for me. Tuesdays were the only day that we had the same subjects as one another so we spent more time than usual together :) .

The bell rang interrupting our chat. We ran into our form room and got signed in by Miss. Porter, our form tutor, we were told that this Friday we where have a none school uniform day to raise money for the school P.E department.

After registration we went to our first lesson, maths, in maths we had been doing interior angles of shapes, sad times! We where set some maths homework that would be due in on Thursday this week. Next we had Art with Mrs. Thomas, we where drawing a picture of a mountainside. (Shown bellow)

I wandered into the playground with Flo and headed towards the library where I handed in my book, a murder most unladylike, and took out the next in the series. After I had gone through the business of doing that I sat down at one of the wooden desks with Flo. We started to have a conversation about what was going to happen tonight, at one point in the conversation I told her that I had something interesting to tell her and that I couldn't tell her here but I would spill the news when at hers.

The rest of the day went by slowly but smoothly.

At the end of the day I went to the loo and caught up with Flo at the end of the drive by the gates we stood on the side of the road waiting for the bus in comfortable scilence when the bus arrived we climbed on and got of a five minute walk from her place, she said it was the only time she did very much exercise because like me she wasn't fond of sport, I don't think it was texture though she did athletics with me on the weekend and was in the Bs netball team.

At her house we raced up to her room and did all our maths homework if you hadn't noticed we where kind of a bit nerdy, not as much as some people but a bit, after a tedious half an hour of maths homework on angles I decided to break the news. I told her everything from the letters found in a bench to me having a tidy room (which she was as surprised as me, she knew I never tidied unless under extreme pressure).

It would be good for you to know that my friend is a very over-excitable person that won't hesitate to make a small ish thing into a big deal, not at all in a bad way.

She decided that I was to come round to hers every Thursday to have detective meetings and all that jazz, I didn't mind one bit I kind of liked it. It was now  guaranteed that I could visit my best friend for life every week, this only ever happened in my wildest dreams.

Two hours seemed to pass in no time and after having dinner at Flo's house I went to catch the  bus for a short 10 minute ride home.

{A/N: Please tell me what you think of the book so-far in the comments and vote. Thanks I will update later}
