Pixie and Brutus

the scary costume

Pixie was dressed up with a little green hat with googly eyes on the side. "Look Brutus I'm scary!" She said with a little roar at the end "you look really intimidating" he said looking at her "I can show you how to be scary if you want" she said with her tail whipping back and forth gently "I'd appreciate that" Brutus said as he watched her "First you have to wear a scary costume." She said in her spooky voice "and where can I get one?" Brutus asked "Ooo hang on " she said going to get her bat man and Robin outfit. She drug the big Robin one to Brutus "here's your spooky outfit" she said smiling "Are you sure that's the right one?" He said looking at her tiny bat man costume "I'm sure!" She said climbing on to his back as she trotted to his head "go ahead try it on!" She said peeping over his fur "hang on hop off I'll be right back" he putting his limbs out and laying his head and snout down on the ground so she climb off. Pixie climbed off and he picked the Robin suit in his teeth gently and trotted off to the bathroom.
- Five minutes later -
Brutus came back in the Robin suit to find pixie dressed up as Batman "now that you have a costume we can move on. Let me show you how to fight the bad guys" she said setting a teddy bear in the middle of the room. Pixie sat down and bit her tiny batman boomarang and tossed her head to the side and let go of it making it hit the bear as it fell over "I AM BATMAN" she said in a tough voice. Brutus let out a slight giggle "Robin take him down!" Pixie yelled as Brutus went over to the bear and put his paw on it "go it!" He said looking down at it "good job Brutus!" She said coming up to him and rubbing her head on his leg "you can let him go. But the next time he acts up it will be jail time" she said in her bat man voice "I guess I am scary" he said letting out a slight Chuckle {end of chapter}
