I'm only gone for a little while

Part 35:

Hailie couldn't go to the airport with the boys, because of the babies. They said their goodbyes in the house, tears were shed, hugs and kisses were exchanged, promises and goodbyes said. Harry left, wiping tears from his cheeks. Hailie set the twins down for a nap, and the doorbell rang. She raced to the door, and opened it to see the three girls she now considered like her sisters. "HEYY!" they shouted as she opened the door. Hailie put one finger to her lips. "shhhh... I just put them down for a sleep!" she whispered. They apologised, and brought their bags in. Hailie showed them where they'd be sleeping, and she helped them unpack. "Perrie, you've brought enough for three weeks!" Danielle giggled as she dumped Perrie's tops out onto the bed. Perrie shrugged. "I wanted to be prepared. We are looking after babies after all!" Hailie laughed. "how messy dya think my week-and-a-half year olds are?!" they giggled, finally putting away all her clothes. They headed downstairs, while Hailie got the kids. She brought them down, and put them in their cradle that was in the living room. She wheeled it over beside the couch, and closed the drapes. Eleanor put on a movie, and Hailie started texting Harry.

Haz <3; I miss you so much. I miss you too much, I've only been gone a couple of hours, we haven't even landed yet.. I love you, and I love Emma and I love Mason and I love Honey.. I miss you all <3 xx

Hails :) x; we miss you too.. I just want you here, cuddling with me on the couch, Emma and Mason in their cradle and Honey running around wagging her tail. That'd be my favourite thing ever.. Oh god Haz, how will I go a whole week without you? You've only been gone a few hours and there's already a few tears in my eyes.. <3 xx

Haz <3; you'll do it.. Just do what I'm doing. Count the days until I'm back. Count the days until we can be a family again, cause it really helps. I'm sitting here being teased by Louis for crying, but it's worth it, cause I'm crying for the right reason. I wish we weren't so far away baby <3 xx

Hailie wiped a tear from her cheek, and sniffed. Danielle put her arm around her, rubbing her arm comfortingly.

Hails :) x; I'll do that, thanks Haz. At least I have the kids. Emma's eyes and Mason's curls, it's like having parts of you here with me. Please don't cry, I hate when you cry and I'm not there to kiss you and make the tears stop.. I really want one of your kisses now <3 xx

Haz <3; six days baby. Then you can have all the kisses, cuddles, and back massages you want. We'll take the kids out someday too, okay? I'll try to stop crying. But I just want you to know how much I love you, Hailie. You are my everything. You've had my children, we live together, we've had a relationship now for over three years! I love you <3 xx

Hailie sniffed. Harry was such a romantic. God, she missed him. She wiped her cheek, catching cold tears as they fell from her eye.

Hails :) x; six days feels like eternity without you.. I look forward to that :') please cheer up, for me, just imagine my smile, and you're the reason I'm smiling. You know I love you too, to the moon and back. I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend, ever. I love you too <3 xx I'll let you sleep, goodnight babe :)

Hailie slept with a smile on her face that night. She knew the week was going to drag, but at least she had her sisters, and Skype dates organised with Harry.
