Part 9

Olivia POV:
Maddie and I started to get ready for our duet. We put our hair into French twists and than had our moms do our makeup. We than went and tried on our costumes. They were gorgeous! We than stepped out and everyone loved them.

Ka: you guys look amazing
N: Yeah I love the costume

Abby gave us yet another pep talk and told us that we have to win. Now it was time for Maddie and I to go on stage so everyone else went into the audience. Maddie and I did the aldc ritual and got ready

M: good luck
O: you too

Announcer: we have #16 with Together as One

Maddie and I than went on stage and performed beautifully. We had perfect technique and our emotions were on point. We came off the stage and gave each other a big hug. We than went to the dressing room and Abby gave us both hugs

A: girls go get ready for your solos.

I again put my hair into a French twist and my mom did dark makeup because the piece is sort of dark. I put on my costume and it was black with some rhinestones. I loved it! Maddie and I were both ready to go perform our solos.
We once again did the ritual and we were ready to perform.

O: good luck Mads
M: good luck Liv

Announcer: now we have #7 with Shine

Maddie than went on and was amazing . She is going to be a tough act to follow. I definitely won't win

O: good job Maddie!
M: thanks good luck!

The announcer than called me onto the stage

Announcer: #8 with Titanium

I than went onto the stage and put everything I had into that dance. I saw Abby smiling in the audience so I knew that must have been a good sign. I than went off stage and gave Maddie a big hug. Maddie and I both walked to the dressing room and as soon as we walked in wr were bombarded with hugs

B: good job liv!
Kenz: ya you did amazing

Abby than called me over to her

A: you did amazing Olivia. I think you have a really good chance of beating Maddie

I was beaming because Maddie is Abby's favorite so if Abby thinks that I could beat Maddie i must be doing something right. I than ran over to my mom and she gave me a big hug as well.

M: good job liv
O: thanks mom

It was now time for awards and I was so nervous.
