According to the Love Live wiki, Emma has a huge family back in Switzerland, which consists of eight younger siblings and Neve the goat. Not much is known about her siblings, but we know that Emma doesn't know what to think of them because at one point in a SchoolFes story she said that they "would often fight," only to contradict herself five seconds later by saying that they "always got along great."
We also know that she has a goat named Neve because of one of the dramas that came out where the Nijigasaki girls discussed subunits. Emma loves this goat, so much that her voice reaches frequencies only dogs can hear when she mentions him/her. This goat alone has made her classify not as a dog person nor a cat person, but as a "goat person."
