"Why are you bothering me? Why are you here?" I ask in a low voice. I am already locked out of my house, what else is gonna go wrong now that he's here."What's wrong? Why are you just sitting there?" He insisted, why does he care? Why is he even in my neighborhood? I doubt he's stalking me but still, it's weird.
"Why do you care?" I sneered.
"Right, I don't." He began to walk away angrily. I didn't mean to be so rude, it just came out.
"Wait."
"What." He said in an annoyed tone.
"I need help," I said shyly
He looks at me and glares.
"Please," I beg.
He sighs and begins to walk towards me.
"With what?" he snapped, he has some serious mood swings. One minute he's laughing, then he's angry, then he's annoyed.
"I think I am locked out of my house. Even though I have the keys, the door won't open." I stuttered while playing with my keys.
"Give them to me. I'm gonna give it a try" he begins to push the door, it still won't budge. He tries again, nothing. He is starting to look frustrated with his attempts to open it failing. He then kicks it, this leads to me trying my best to hold in my laughter.
"Oh really, you find this funny? Well, at least I'm not the one locked out of my house," He sneers. Well, he has a point.
"Can't you try harder? This is the only place for me to go. My mom is still at work."
"You can't go to a friends house or something?" he raises an eyebrow and looks at me judgingly.
"They are all busy," I murmured embarrassedly. Ava's with her brother right now, I don't want to bother her.
"Well then, follow me."
"What do you mean follow you? Follow you where?" I reply confused, is this dude gonna kill me or something.
"You'll see," he replies with a smirk. He is avoiding my question, this dude is a serial killer. I look down, not knowing what to say.
"You don't have to come if you don't want to. It's not like you have anywhere else to go anyways" He shrugs as he begins walking away. He's right, I don't have anywhere else to go.
"Wait for me!" I jog after him, how did he walk so far away from me in just a few seconds?
"Okay cutie" he chuckles. I feel the heat rush to my cheeks. Why would he say that? This is so embarrassing.
We begin walking down the block, as much as I love my quiet neighborhood I've never really 'explored' it in the many years I've lived here. I only know one neighbor, and that's because 5 years ago, me and Alex were playing baseball and broke their window. Yea, I know what a great way to meet your neighbor for the first time.
I've always loved the houses on my block, they are so pretty. We reach a big white house with two windows and a huge front yard. It had a cliche white wooden fence all around, like the ones you see in the movies. This house was adorable.
"Is this where you live?" I ask shyly, this is the first time I am going into a boys house, I don't know what to do.
"Yup. My moms home, so prepare. She's weird"
I laugh at his slight insult to his mother. Thank god she is home, I would be so freaked out if she wasn't. Isn't this moving kind of fast for just locker buddies. I just met him like 3 hours ago. Oh my gosh, Anna is gonna kill me.
