jungkook went silent. he didn't know taehyung would be that mad, he had never seen his best friend that furious before.

"look, if this what happens, then i'm gonna talk with jennie. ALONE." taehyung just stormed off, leaving jungkook dumbfounded.

taehyung rushed to his locker to get a piece of paper. he took out his pen and wrote.

"meet me after school at the XXX park, 3 pm sharp."

taehyung didn't know who wrote the letters, but he had a feeling that it's jennie.

-after school-

taehyung went straight to XXX park and sat down at the bench, waiting for 'her'. taehyung's heart was beating fast because what if his feeling was wrong? what if it's not jennie? what if she doesn't come ?

taehyung's pov

it's 3.15 and there's no sign of her. aish, i told her to come at 3 pm. where is she?

then i saw a girl, from far away, with glasses wearing a black hoodie, i can't see her face clearly but it's obvious that her skirt is from our school.

the girl tried to search for something then she made an eye contact with me. she walked, she looked like she's coming to my direction.

shit, my heart can't stop beating. i'm both scared and nervous. but you have to do it taehyung, to make things clear.

the girl stopped just in front of me, putting her head down, avoiding eye contact with me.

"hi" i tried to greet her with my boxy smile.

she didn't move her head an inch and went silent.

"i'm supposed you're the one who kept writing my letters and sending me clues, i perhaps?" i asked.

again, no answer.

"hey. please answer me."

yet, another silence.

"i'm not here to beat you up or whatever. i want to meet you because i want to talk, not anything else. especially confessing lmao"

she still won't answer me. it's getting on my nerves now.

"hey i know you have ears to listen and they're completely fine. and i know you have a mouth to speak. can you please stop ignoring?"

the girl took her hoodie off.

revealing,

kim jennie.

"i knew it."

third person's pov

"i knew it was you."

jennie just nodded without saying anything.

"hey, chin up. i know you're a very nice person. i know you're not as bad as everyone think you are. i know you're just quiet. i know ryujin and her friends aren't supposed to bully you. i just- know it." said taehyung, smiling.

jennie was startled hearing taehyung's words.

"that's why everyone said you're the kindest person at school," jennie spoke her first sentence.

"you spoke!" said taehyung cheerfully.

jennie smiled.

but suddenly, jennie's collar bones caught taehyung's attention.

"sorry, can you move your hair to the back please?" asked taehyung and jennie nodded.

she removed her hair to the back and taehyung's eyes were widen.

he saw a tattoo written
