A new home (yoonmin)

Birthday

This is a flashback chapter! Incase you were confused with the timeline, Jimin and the omegas got taken into Cheons pack a few weeks after his 18th birthday.

"Happy birthday Jiminie!" He was engulfed in a bone crushing hug as soon as he stepped outside his door, and by the scent he knew it was Wooyoung.

"Yah! Wooyoung stop hogging Jimin!" Said a delicate voice, and he was finally released to come into view with Jisoo holding her arms open, and he didn't hesitate to run into them.

"Happy birthday, Jiminie." She whispered, just loud enough for him to hear, and he smiled lovingly up at her.

It was Jimins 18th birthday today, which meant that from here on out he would most likely be getting multiple courting gifts. Many alphas had already expressed an interest in him, and it was allowed to court an omega before they turned 18, but the majority of the alphas here held a traditional view. This means that probably a dozen or more alphas will now step forward to try court him. In all honesty, he was extremely excited, Jisoo was older and was already in a successful courtship with an older alpha named Wonho. However Wooyoung was still yet to turn 18, and Jimin just knew he would have all the alphas swooning over him.

Jimin saw Wonho as an older brother, they had known eachother since they were pups, like most of the children here. Jisoo and Wonho have been courting for almost a year, and learning about their romantic story always has Wooyoung and Jimin gushing over how they want a mate like him.

However, there was one alpha that Jimin was particularly interested in. His name was Changbin, and him and Jimin had been dancing around each other for a while now, both waiting for the right time to make a move. The two would share shy smiles and short conversations consisting of blushing and stuttering. Of course Wooyoung and Jisoo would tease him about it constantly, and Jimin would be left with a light blush on his cheeks whenever the alpha was mentioned.

The rest of Jimins day was spent with his family and friends, celebrating, eating, laughing, and more eating. The pack members all looked so joyful, everyone got on and it was a blessing to have these people in his life. By the end of his birthday, he had rejected 4 alphas attempts to court him, and had rather shyly accepted a small hand crafted wolf figure from Changbin, the alpha looking impressed when Jimin held it close to his chest.

For the next week, Changbin and Jimin would walk places together, go on little dates into the woods, and would sit together at meal times. In all honestly it was just a small teenage crush that he had on the alpha, and it hadn't developed into anything serious yet, which he was thankful for. Things were moving at a slow pace, the two just getting to know each other before anything drastic happened in their relationship. It was good like this, it worked in a way where the two could talk without feeling awkward or pressurized to do something they weren't ready for, and Jimin was glad Changbin was a nice, patient alpha.

He knew all alphas weren't like that, as he would soon come to discover.
