Mission 1: Glaz x caveira

Chapter 25: rescue mission

The entire team of rainbow left the building and headed towards the school. All the kids who were sitting out into the field were told to move off to the side. One by one trucks came in, they were heavily equipped with gear. Ten trucks lined up and haunted as the back doors opened up.

Ash and thermite walked out with huge shields that said "S.W.A.T". A few others had shields and lined up in front of everyone creating a barrier Incase any bullets flew, it would hit the shield. Two helicopters surrounded the building, tachanka was in one of them with his LMG as the second helicopter had a light to shine down Incase Elias Shepard decide to make a run for it.

Six stood by watching as a young guy who seemed in his 30's with short, dirty blond hair. He wore a light blue t-shirt with black skinny jeans and a pair of tennis shoes. His gazed wandered along the field that was now swarmed I'm nothin but police.

"And how do you expect for all of this to go smoothly, six?"

The woman inhaled deeply and turned towards him. She wore her typical uniform. It was close to a suit except she wore a skirt and black heals. Her grip tighten around the walkie talkie at the question he had asked her. He was going to become the new director of team rainbow and he's already asking questions he should know.

"Trust me. I've been leading this team for years, don't give me stress to think about that they will all fall apart when I leave tomorrow morning!"

With that said she walked away and gave out commands to a few of them to throw in a drone to scan the area. Luckily it was all clear, no bombs, no people. Montagne set up his shield and stood up waiting for his teammates to line up behind. Lion followed, IQ, twitch, jackal, and nomad.

Once they were ready lion patted his teammate shoulder to walk. Within reaching the door jackal placed a breach charge on the door quickly and ran behind. Everyone had their gums out and drawn. Some pointing towards windows while two pointed at the door.

"Breaching!"

The Spanish man yelled out pressing the button with his gloves hand as it caused an explosion. Luckily the shield was there to block off any wood being thrown to them. Slowly they approached inside the building. Lion activated his EE-ONE-D as the scanner flew over the building and scanned it for any movement.

The Frenchman looked at his screen and saw a red outline of two people in a room. What looked like caveira, was tied up and kept moving around. The professor kept walking back and fourth in the room. A chuckles escaped lion as he read off the description.

"Two people. Second floor"

With that said they rushed upstairs quickly knowing the first floor was clear. IQ took out her LED scanner and moved it slowly across the room. No bombs, it just sensed caveiras phone in her pocket.

"No bomb"

She spoke softly so they couldn't be caught. Nomad threw her air jabs down the hall. twitch, Montagne, and jackal all places down a breach charge on the wall next to each other. Their plan was to hopefully work correctly. Twitch contacted six what the plan is and she agreed with it.

Sledge was sent to rappel in front of the window and smash the glass to distract Elias. Once everything was on cue they made sure to have connection with him. They were all crouched down behind knocked over tables that was set in the hall since it was broken.

"Alright sledge, On the count of three your going to smash the window and do not jump inside, for the rest of us, when I get to five we breach, grab caveira and run out of here as fast as we can"

Everyone nodded with agreement as they got in positions. Hearts racing as it grew dead silent in the entire school. Outside everyone was anxious if this would actually work out or not.

"One... two... three"

As sledge heard three he took out his hammer and smashed it into the glass as it shattered into millions of pieces. The professor turned around in shock covering his face from the glass before it got in his eyes.

"Four... five!"

All three breach charges went off as wood now hit the back of the teacher. He threw himself down to the ground for cover. IQ ran inside and grabbed caveira by her arms and ran out the room and down the stairs fast. The team followed with jackal turned away from his team watching their backs.

"We got her! Heading out!"

The Frenchmen yelled out to six and told what was happening. Jackal stopped and turned around and ran back upstairs and back to the office. He walked inside to still see the teacher down on the floor. Putting his gun away, he lifts him up and walks back down the stairs. Right through the door leading outside as rifles were pointed at him and you could hear the dogs barking.

Elias pushes jackal down and took a run for it, glad let's go of his German Shepard, jet, as he took off following him until he jumped and bit his arm followed by a loud scream and cheers. The little kids jumped in excitement from seeing the dog tackle a person without the suit to protect them.

Once he was in custody he was taken away and everyone started to clean up. The helicopters landed on the field. Six turned around towards harry and smiled.

"That's what you call a rescue mission"

Six walked away to go check up on caveira and made sure everything will be okay until they got back to base. She kept thinking how this was her last mission, the last time she would see any of them.
