Chapter 27: the twins

Taína was now sitting in doc's medical room, she was hooked up to a monitor to check her heart beat. Gustave was walking back and fourth with needles, towels and a bowl of water to prepare. Timur was holding his wife's hand while she was breathing steady and trying to sleep in a comfortable position.

Within an hour Taina was moving around quite a bit and grabbing her stomach with grunts escaping her mouth. She sits up as she felt a puddle of water between her legs. Her breathing became more and more faster, grunts turned into screaming which got gustave's attention.

He placed the towel down and told her to push as hard as she could. The Brazilian started to push and scream with all the energy in her body. This continued for an hour as the baby girl first came out and in 2 minutes the baby boy came out. Carefully, gustave cleaned them and wrapped them in pink and blue blankets and handed them to their parents.

The squirmed around for a bit before settling down and back to sleeping. Taina looked up st Timur with a smile. "What should we name them? I think for the girl Xiomara" taína smiled down at the little girl in her arms. Timur looked down at the small boy in his arms as his tiny eyes fluttered open.

A hum escaped timurs lips as he snapped his fingers. "What about johnathan." His blue eyes gazed up to hers. A soft smile was on her face as she nodded. "Thats perfect" at the moment they both looked nothing alike, but who knew what could come upon them as they grow up. Johnathan has blue eyes and Xiomara had brown eyes.

Elena walked in along with Eliza and Monika behind her as they got excited. "What's her name?" Elena stood next to Taina as her hand gently pulled down on the blanket. "Xiomara" taína spoke softly. "Xiomara? What does that mean?" The Spain woman asked her fellow teammate. "Battle ready or battle famous" Eliza and Monika looked at each other thinking the same way.

"Will they also be in B.O.P.E? That's a lot of operators!" Eliza had a good point. It all depended on what they want to do with their lives. "We could always put them with other forces you know, Like the FBI?" Taina suggested. Eliza's head rose up higher with a smirk on her face.

"Whats their code name and ability?" Emmanuelle walked in with her arms spread out. "I don't mind helping with options and gadgets!" Monika beamed up next with excitement "I'll do the code names!" "And I'll do the uniform!" The three woman all started texting each other ideas as taína rolled her eyes and laughed it off.

"I'll inform harry of the new future operators!" Monika left as Eliza waved goodbye and trailed behind her. Abigail walked in as she speed walked towards her new siblings and looked down at them. Picking up the girl carefully as she looked at her. "Names?"

"Xiomara. We haven't figured out the code names yet" her father spoke up "and this is johnathan" leaning down slightly to show her the sleeping baby in his arms. "Hmmm what about Xiomara hex. And Johnathan rouge?"
The parents looked at each other agreeing.

"For Xiomara, hex is like casting a spell. What if she threw a canister, similar to smoke, and this gas leaked out that makes you hallucinate for 5 seconds? Attacker. And for johnathan... hmmm well rouge is more like a red powder-ish. Also it's French! He's leaning more towards defender, where he can throw this powder into the enemies eyes and it will blind them for a couple seconds?"

Both Timur and taína stood there dumbfounded on how she could figure out the names and ability's in just mere seconds. "How did you.." the Russian trailed off as Abby brought out a book from behind her. "I started planning everything! I spoke with smoke about the canisters for Xiomara and the red powder with capitao! So it's all set!" A huge smile was spreading across her face while she gently placed Xiomara back with her mother and abigail leaned in closer with her family.
