In front of my eyes.. Time seemed to stop. The angry male in front of me thudded to the ground. Dead, I guessed. The scalpel, which stuck out from his back, reflected the vivid sun in the dark alleyway.
"Oh, my sweetheart" a deep, melodic voice rung in the alley. I sighed, a small smile appeared on my face. I rose from the ground and dusted myself off.
"Mori-san, I could've handled him" I sigh "Just because he pushed me and yelled at me, doesn't mean he has to die yet" I chuckle.
Quiet steps were heard. Some seconds later, Mori appeared from behind the corner and approached me. He still had his scalpels in between his knuckles.
"My love, it just breaks my heart that people are mean to you" he dropped them into his pocket, freeing his hand. Mori gently pressed his palm against my cheek, a cheeky smile played on his face "I must protect you from everyone. No one must lay a finger on you, only I can touch you".
"Oh, Mori-san~" I chuckled, wrapping my arms around his neck "Let me also enjoy myself"
"I will, dear, I will~" he grinned, pressing his lips against my forehead.
