Chapter 3

As everyone started arriving I decided I would wonder around the building and try and avoid people for as long as I could. This turned out to be harder than expected because I ended up walking past a group of girls, who started whispering as I walked past.
"I bet she's only friends with them because of their popularity."
"I heard from someone that she only became friends with Chenle so his dad would let her come here."
"Do you know how stupid you guys sound? She didn't even know Chenle or the others that well when she started here. She isn't friends with them because of their popularity, she's friends with them because she didn't care if they were popular or attractive. Maybe they would be friends with you if you weren't so petty." A girl I had never seen before said in an angry tone. I just smiled at her and mouthed a "thank you" before carrying on with my walk.

I spent hours aimlessly wondering around the old building and the newer buildings that surround it until it started to rain. I had to try and run inside as fast as I could to avoid getting too wet. But failed, so I had to go change my clothes.
When I reached my room I heard a few voices talking, but it was very quiet so I decided to let them know I was coming in by knocking before opening the door.

"Y/N what happened? Why are you all wet? Did a person do this?" Renjun looked at you with a concerned expression plastered on his face. "Someone get her a towel. Someone else get her some dry clothes before she catches a cold!" He walked towards me to make sure I were okay.
"Renjun I'm fine, I was just walking around the grounds and got caught in the rain. I'll go get changed." I smiled at him and took the clothes and towel.

Once I had gotten changed I went to sit on my bed because I was planning on reading my book. But the boys had a different plans in mind. In what seemed like seconds Jisung had taken my book out my hand and all 7 of them hugged me.
"Y/N, I spoke to my dad about getting a bigger room so the 8 of us can stay together and he agreed, as long as it doesn't negatively affect our grades. So you better start packing your stuff so we can move soon, so the other students don't ask questions." Chenle said feeling proud of himself.
"You would know this already if you hadn't wondered off on your own when everyone started arriving," Haechan said while walking towards the door. "You guys should pack quickly so everyone gets the bed they want."
