AUTHOR'S POV
"Baby, you heard me. Stay away from her." She blurted out desperately.

"Yeri, I don't understand. Lisa is my friend. Don't let any misunderstandings get in your head. Plus, we have a dance to perform in two days time." Jungkook explained softly.

To his shock, she replied quite differently than he expected.

"I DON'T CARE!" She shouted.

Jungkook was silenced.

"After the dance, STAY AWAY FROM HER! I don't like the way she looks at you, or whatever! I don't like her, Jungkook! Don't you want me to be happy?! I'M YOUR GIRLFRIEND, NOT HER!" She shouted.

Jungkook just slowly shook his head, astonished.

"She's trying to sabotage us! She likes you, can't you see?! And clearly, you're falling into her traps! She's
trying to ruin our love story!" She shouted again, this time, her voice was slowly breaking.

Jungkook noticed and rushed to her.

He hugged her tightly.

"Jungkook I don't get it. I'm your girlfriend. But why does it seem like you love Lisa more? Am I not enough for you?" She cried, her face buried in his chest.

Jungkook felt terrible.

His mind had been floating everywhere, he forgot he had his girlfriend.

He knew she needed his time, his affection, and of course asssurance.

He felt like it was time.

Maybe she was right.

Maybe it was time to let Lalisa Manoban go.

"Hey, Yeripie. Don't worry." He smiled bitterly.

Yeri looked up.

"Lisa is just a friend."

"I love you, not her."

ON TO LISA

Her feet started trembling, her world started to shake. Her eyes stung slowly. And one by one, her tears started to fall.

She cupped her mouth, muffling her heartbreaking sobs.

Her head stayed down as she cried even more.

She felt so stupid.

How could she fall again?

She was right.

Maybe she was the antagonist to their love story.

Maybe they were never meant to be in the first place.

Lisa stood up quietly, making her way out.

*shut*

Jungkook and Yeri was startled.

Had someone followed them?

Jungkook looked to check but the person was gone.

To everyone's surprise, Lisa came back to their table with bloodshot eyes.

She didn't spare anyone a glance. She just took her stuff, and ran away.

But then, just as her friends stood to come after her, she turned to them.

"Please don't come after me. Please. I need some space."

And then, gone like the wind.

It hurt them so much.
