Of this weirdly-named thing
And for those have not heard of it,
Don't worry! You're not a ding-a-ling
The jersey devil
Is a horse/bat-like creature
But it's just a legendary myth
So, rest assured
The legend tells of a woman
Who had a super-powered baby
And it could turn into a monster
Was it a coincidence? Maybe...
This baby never turned back into a human
And he never came back home
He instead inhabited the skies
And in the forests he liked to roam
There have been many faked photos
And many a forged vid
Those were probably photoshopped
Or they probably used a goat's kid
It's still makes a creepy story
For kids and grownups alike
From sleepovers to business trips
Or even on the occasional hike
