The Last Ball

Harry and McKenna's Date

A/N: I'm too lazy to write about Thursday so I'm skipping to Harry Styles and McKenna Logans date! Here it is! 

"Hey Annabelle!"  

"What?"  

"I'm going on a date with Harry today!"  

"Potter?"

"NO!  Styles!"  

"WHAT!  I don't think you told me that!"

"I did!"  

"Oh, well let's get you ready!"  Annabelle said excitedly.  

"I already know what I'm wearing; the black mesh-like dress with my bright yellow cardigan.  And I'm going to straighten my hair."  

"Your hair is already straight!"

"But there's a little wave in it."

She looked at all of my hair, "Yeah, you're right."  

I grabbed my blue straightener.  And started on it after 4 minutes of it heating up.  After straightening all of my hair, I put on my dress and cardigan.  I showed Annabelle how I looked.

And then Rachelle walked in the room.  

"What are you all dressed up for?"  

"I'm surprised you care, but I'm going on a date with Harry Styles."  

"That idiot, I used to date him."  

"Really?  'Cause he's way out of your league."  

"Oh shut up McKenna!  Jonny was way too good for you!"  

"No he wasn't!  He's just too good for you!"  

"Hey McKenna, you're going to be late for your date!"  Annabelle said and it's a good thing she did because I was about to slap that girl silly!  

I met Harry in the commonroom.  He was wearing a light grey blazer, white shirt and jeans.  

"You look absolutely great McKenna."  Harry greeted me.  

"Ready, Hazza?"  

"Yep, you?"

 "Absolutely."  

We went to Hogsmeade through apperating; Harry did all the work.  I wasn't old enough yet.  

"Was the too rough for you McKenna, baby?"  

"No, it was perfect."

He held my hand!  Yay!

We walked past HoneyDukes when Harry said, "Want something?"  

"Oh, no thank-you Harry.  You don't have to buy me anything."  

"Well, too bad we're going in there anyways!"  He pulled me inside.

"Ooh, chocolate frogs!"  

"Oh, those taste really good."

 "Thanks for letting me know I'm going to get some, want one?"  

"Um-"  

"Okay I'll get you one!"  

"Thanks, Harry."  He walked over to the cashier and bought 5 chocolate frogs.  

We walked out of HoneyDukes.  Harry holding my hand in one and the bag with his chocolate in his other hand.  

"Ya know McKenna there's that Ball coming up."  

"Yeah; the Yule Ball."  

"I was wondering, um, if you wanted to go with me?"  

"Harry!  I would love to!"  

"Really?"  

I nodded.  

It started pouring down rain that exact second.  He leaned in for the kiss.  I kissed him back.  It was pretty awesome considering all the rain!

McKenna's POV

We hadn't been walking that long before he asked about HoneyDukes.  When he asked me to the Ball I was EXTREMELY happy!  And when we kissed it was...good.  It was better than that; it was amazing!  Better than any kiss with Jonny

Harry's POV

She said YES!  And I finally had my passionate kiss in the rain!

Harry gave me his blazer since he noticed I was shivering in the rain.  We finished walking; in the rain, about 2 1/2 hours later.  

"Ready to go home McKenna?"

"Yeah."  I was dripping wet.  

Harry apperated us back to Hogwart's grounds.

"Harry, that was fantastic.  It was the best date ever."  

"Same with me McKenna."  He kissed my cheek.

He held my hand as we walked up to the Gryffindor commonroom.  

"See you later, Harry!"  

"See you soon, sweetheart."  He walked our ways into the dormitories.  

I told Annabelle, Elizabeth, Chloe and Sabrina everything that happened.  

"Aww, thanks so romantic!"  Annabelle said when she heard about the kiss.

"I know, right!"
