The Last Ball

Movie Day

It's movie day! I thought as I woke up on Friday.  I didn't even bother to brush my hair as soon as a woke up.  I just dug through my trunk looking for movies.  I ended up finding Alice in Wonderland, The Notebook, Romeo and Juliet, Shutter Island, Jaws I, Jaws II, Jaws III, Insidious, and the Twilight movies.  I only took Shutter Island, Alice in Wonderland and The Notebook.  I brushed my hair and put it in a messy bun.  I didn't feel like getting dressed so, I kept on my sweats and quidditch sweatshirt.  I did put on perfume and deodorant too.  

I walked down to the commonroom to find two seven-years making-out.  But then I saw Harry plugging the TV.  

"Hey babe!" I saw happily.

"Oh, hey baby!"

Jonny walked in with Chloe.  They were holding hands.  I was so so happy for them.

"Hi, Jonny!"

"Hey, Mc!  I have great news!"  

"What?"  

"Well, it;s good for me.  But it's a little mean."  

"What?"  I asked curiously.  Chloe answered,"Rachelle fell into a hole!"  

"And broke her ankle!"  Jonny added.  

"And can't go to the Yule Ball!"  Chloe added smiling and laughing.  

"Well, what are we waiting for?  Let's get started!"  Cedric said coming in.

We watched Alice in Wonderland first.  When that was over.  Harry insisted we watch The Notebook next so, we did.  Harry kissed me during the movie.  Oh, how I love him.

When we finished that, all of us took a break.  We went to the bathroom, walked around and stretched. 

Once we finished, we started  Shutter Island.  I had never seen it.  The only reason I had was because it was birthday gift.  It was really good. 

We watched three more movies!  I have no idea how we fit in all those movies.  It was fun though.  I had an amazing them watching all the movies.  I hadn't even heard of some of them.

"McKenna, can I talk to you?"  Harry asked me.  I started freaking out but, I didn't show it.  I just said,"Yeah, sure."

"McKenna tomorrow is our one month anniversary.  We are going on a very important date tomorrow."  I stopped worrying. 

"Ok.  Is it a surprise?"  I asked him smiling. 

"I guess not.  I got ahold of your family and mine."  I held my breathe.  He was going to meet my family. 

"Tomorrow I am meeting your family and you are meeting mine."  Oh.  My.  Gosh.  I was startled but managed to say,"I can't wait."

I didn't sleep that night.  I was too busy thinking about my family.  What if they don't like him?  Where are we going?  What if his mom hates me?  The questions were endless.  My dad is so strict.  What if he hates Harry?  What will happen to my life?
