Gai slumps onto his bed, after an exhausting day. Miyo rejected him, he was over her. But Lonky didn't get rejected by Kuga though.

He looked after Popo today, and it was a disaster. Popo made his house a mess, broke a few things, and exhausted him. Everyone else was mostly asleep. Even though he was tired, he couldn't sleep.

It was a little cold in his room, and the sheets were in the wash. After what Popo did. He curled into a ball, desperately trying to get warmer.

Liu just so happened to be passing by his room, and noticed him shivering. "Hey Gai, you okay?" "N-Nothing, just cold." Damn why couldn't he talk normally? It wasn't freezing? But instead of it being cold, his cheeks heated up.

"Do you want my sheets?" Liu offered politely, Gai accepted. Moments later, he arrived with them. Gai threw the sheets over himself, finally getting the much needed warmth. "Wait, aren't you gonna be cold?" "Oh, umm, maybe." "You could lay here for awhile." Gai internally screamed.

Luckily they were in the low light, because both their faces were red. Liu hesitantly got in the sheets and lay next to him. "You're very warm, it's comforting." Gai blurted out. Liu lightly laughed and cuddled close to him.

Gai's heart began racing. It was the same feeling that was there, when he fell for Miyo. Everything seemed to be out of focus, all except Liu.

"H-Hey Liu, have you ever...fallen in love?"
"I think I am."
"So do I, but I can't believe it."
"Neither can I."
"Who is she?"
"She?"
"They. Who are they?"
"Can't tell. You?"
"I guess it'll be fair if we both tell."

Liu took a deep breath.

"Gai. I love you. But the feelings are complicated."
"So do I! I love you too!" Gai plunged for him, nearly falling off the bed together. "It's just...it feels great to not be rejected."

He kisses Gai's cheek, smiling. "You missed. You were supposed to kiss my lips." Liu laughed and did as he said. Gai didn't think it'll actually work, now he was facing the consequences. The kiss ended with Liu on top of Gai, both blushing heavily and laughing.

Liu woke up to Gai, holding him in his arms. He suddenly remembered what happened last night, and attempted to get up.

"I'm not letting you go. It's too early. Plus, you're so warm." He mumbled that last part to his chest, and of course Liu had to stay. Needless to say, the others thought they were adorable.
