After the priar events the group walked home, breaking off as each of them headed their way. Farkle stayed with Nicole, walking her home. "I'm sorry I ruined our date," Nicky spoke lightly. The young boy gave her a smile, "it's fine. We can go another day. Oh, how about Saturday. I'll take you to Tapangas and then somewhere special to me." Nicole laughed, "you really want to take me out?" Farkle nodded, "yeah, i really do." She smiles lightly and grabs his hand, "then Saturday it is."

Nicole sat on her bed reading a book Riley had given her when she heard the front door open. "Nicolate," her mother yelled, "get out here!" The young girl bookmarked her spot and got off her bed. When she got to the living room she saw her mother standing there with tears down her face. "Mama, what's wrong," she asks walking to her. Her mother sat on the couch and cried making her sit next to her and hold her, "mama?" "I saw your father," she sobbed, "he's a liar!" "I know ma," she whispered, "I know."
