He didn't believe in miracles and an understandable confusion that caused his eyebrows to furrow confirmed that. Some different emotions happened to reflect in his eyes. Pain overpowered the confusion. His lips parted when he tried to gasp for air and breathe out the words: "My Min..."

"Dada, why you sad? Look, eomma came back to meet us, from the heavens." My eyes darted down at Taehee's small figure while she tried to cheer her dad by joyfully pointing her finger at me.

I pointed at myself too while whispering "Me..?" His eyes again found their way to mine and damn, I saw a beauty giving Greek gods a tough competition. Too many handsome guys for the day. I cleared my throat to snap out of my lewd thoughts. "Please have a seat, sir. Um...I am Ki—" I mentally smacked my head for not being able to get over the fact that I wasn't Mrs Kim anymore. "—Choi Y/N, not Minhee. You must be mistaken."

"I know." He said with a sigh, nodding as if he genuinely wished he wasn't mistaken.

Half an hour ago...

Taehyung's PoV

Busan, a name that only brings happy memories but sadly, the case was different when it came to me. I had the most bitter memory associated with my visit to Busan.

I lost her in the beauty of this town. I lost Minhee here.

It is spring in Busan but it feels as if my soul thinks it is autumn.

The car halted when the signal turned red. When I wanted to run away from everything as fast as I could, even the signals stopped favouring me.

Sighing with sympathy for myself, I pressed my head against the seat in attempts to sink in and disappear like her.

"Dada, when will we meet eomma again?" I turned my head to look at our daughter who unintentionally made me rethink my past decision.

It was hard for me to tell her the truth. Maybe she won't be able to get it or even if she did then forgiving wouldn't be easy so I lied. "We'll meet her soon."

A hand reached out to pat me on the back in a consoling way. The only one with whom I could share my sufferings but deep down, a part of him blamed me too. I could tell him how guilty I was.

Jungkook.

"T-Taehyung." His tone of voice dropped in what I thought was sympathy but I was wrong. He pointed towards the transparent glass in front of us.

I glared out to see people passing by but only one of them was worth my attention. "M-Minhee." A smile quickly surfaced my face as I kept on watching her until she crossed the road. But she's dead.

Thinking it was just a trick played by my eyes, I let the thought slip out but Jungkook also saw her. "Taehyung, you saw t-that?"

"Was she... my Minhee?" The words slipped out of my mouth unconsciously as I traced the path she walked on with my eyes.
