Chapter Sixteen

Jonah: "Like what?" he asked
Destiny: "We're boxers, we are street dancers sometimes, we sing at events, Sarynna tutors kids, I have a adorable nephew that I babysit, I work in the nursery at my church, and we sing specials for our church when they have no one to do the music before the sermon. We do a lot more things with that too."

Jonah: "Have you guys ever fought gangs?"

Destiny: "Sarynna has but I haven't."

Jonah: "Why did she fight a gang?"

Destiny: "Her ex was in the Bloods and she wouldn't let colors into the house because our house is neutral, she has burned so many rags and beaten so many people, fighting the gang was the only way for her to gain they're respect, there has not been another rag in our house."

Jonah: "Who was her ex?" he asked

Destiny: "She never told me, she said that he was from her past, a past I don't know about, and I didn't need to know. It seemed emotional for her so I didn't pry."

Jonah: "There's something you didn't know about Sarynna?"

Sarynna: "There is a lot she doesn't know about me and there's stuff I don't know about her, we don't pry we just wait until we are ready to talk about it, that's why we have so many talks we are always reassuring the other letting them know we aren't going to leave or do anything bad to each other."

Destiny: "I'm sorry, he asked if we had ever fought gangs and I told him that I haven't but you have because of your ex." she blurted out crying

Sarynna: *walked over to her and hugged her* "It's okay they will ask questions and we will answer honestly just like in our sessions, okay?" she said cradling her face in her hands

Destiny: *nods*

Sarynna: *wipes the tears away*
Destiny: *sniffs and leans her forehead onto Sarynna's*
Sarynna: *holds her there*
Destiny: *pulls away and looks at Jonah* "Can you go get Corbyn from the exam ER and bring him to me if he is conscious?"
Jonah: *nods and leaves*
Sarynna: "Why do you need to see Corbyn?"
Destiny: "For one, I'm going to fix him up and two, I'm going to set him straight for hitting you."
Sarynna: *chuckles*
Jonah: *walks in with a conscious Corbyn*
Destiny: "Look at what we have here? Long time no see Corbs."
Corbyn: "Destiny, I-"
Destiny: "Shut up and sit down over here so I can fix you up."
Corbyn: *quickly does what she said* "I'm so-"
Destiny: "Shut up," she put the disinfectant onto his cuts harshly so he would hurt.
Corbyn: "Ouch!"
Destiny: "Stop being a baby, listen to me. Every word I say."
Corbyn: *listens*
Destiny: "First, you leave Sarynna by herself and fight over dumb shit while she's hurting and I'm in surgery second, you continue to fight knowing you could die and third, you have the balls to still be mad at her." she said cleaning his wounds

Corbyn: "Well Sarynna s-"

Sarynna: "Don't you dare say I started it because you were the one who hit me first."

Corbyn: *tries to stand up*

Destiny: "Sit down." she commanded

Corbyn: *sits back down*

Destiny: "Don't look at her." she growled

Corbyn: *continued to stare at Sarynna*

Sarynna: "Do we need to have another round outside?" she asked

Corbyn: *looks at Destiny*

Destiny: "She doesn't have a problem fighting you again." she said

Sarynna: "I really don't." she stated

Corbyn: "Okay."

Destiny: "Can I at least finish cleaning the grass out of these wounds?"

Sarynna: "Yeah next time I'll get gravel or cement in these wounds." she said smiling as she looks at Corbyn

Corbyn: *gets a worried expression* "Are you serious?"

Sarynna: "Yes."

Da+Ja+Z: "Are y'all gonna fight again?" they ask as they walk into the room

Sarynna: "Maybe."

Z+Ja: "Can we watch?"

Sarynna: "Yeah."

Daniel: *walked over to Sarynna and kissed her forehead* "Are you okay?" he asked as he stroked a cut on her face caused by Corbyn's ring

Sarynna: "I'm fine." she said looking into his eyes

Daniel: *smiled* "Okay." he said letting his hand fall *starts to walk away*

Sarynna: *grabs his hand and pulls him back to her making him fall*

Daniel: *braces himself before he lands on Sarynna*

Sarynna: *smiled and flips them to where Sarynna was sitting on his lap*

Daniel: "How did you do that?" he asked

Sarynna: "Did you have time to blink?"

Daniel: "No."

Sarynna: "I was quicker this time." she smiled

Daniel: *chuckled*

~After Destiny was done cleaning Corbyn's wounds~

Destiny: "When can I leave?" she asked the doctor

Doctor: "Here are the discharge papers." he said handing her the paper

Destiny: *Filled out the papers and handed them back*

Doctor: "I'll go get these finalized." he said leaving

Destiny: "Okay."

Everyone: *cheers*

~Back at the house~

Everyone: *went to sleep in the living room on the floor*

Girls: *were in the middle*

Guys: *were on either side of the girls*

~Next Morning~

De+Da+Jo+Ja+Z: *were awake and talking in the kitchen*

S+C: *were asleep cuddling together*

Destiny: *took a picture of them*

Sarynna: *woke up an hour later* "Destiny can you make me some coffee?" she asked getting up

Destiny: "Yeah."

Sarynna: "What happened yesterday after you got back from surgery?" she asked

Destiny: "You and Corbyn got into a fight." she stated

Sarynna: "Oh okay." she said shrugging *takes a drink of her coffee* "What happened when we got home?" she asked

Destiny: "I don't really remember but I got some cute photos of you and Corbyn."

Sarynna: *choked on her coffee spitting it everywhere* "What?!" she choked

Destiny: "Yeah, see, you and him look really cute together." she said handing Sarynna her phone

Sarynna: "We were cuddling?" she asked surprised but there was a hint of happiness

Destiny: "I've already sent them to you." she whispered

Sarynna: *smiled and blushed*

Corbyn: *was talking in his sleep*

Daniel: "Corbyn what are you saying?" he asked *realized Corbyn was sleeping* "Nevermind." he chuckled

Corbyn: "Sary-" he began to say but stopped "No I can't say that Daniel will get mad at me." he said

Sarynna: *heard Corbyn speaking* "What do you mean Daniel will be mad at you?" she asked "What were you going to say?"
