Chapter Twenty-Six

~At The Hospital~
Jonah: "We need a doctor!"
Doctor: "Yes? What's going on?"
Destiny: "I'm in fucking labor! Can't you fucking see that, you idiot!"
Sarynna: "Sorry, she can be an ass when she's in pain."
Doctor: "Okay, right this way."
~In A Birth Room~
Doctor: "Any history of having problems during birth?"
Destiny: *gulps* "Y-Yes."
Jonah: *looks at her in disbelief*
Doctor: "What happened last time?"
Sarynna: *tells the doctor what happened*
Doctor: "Well, if that's what happened last time, no one will be aloud to be in the room with you. For precaution we are going to take you to an OR just in case that happens again."
Destiny: *nods* "O-Okay."
Jonah: "Y-You never told me that happened to you."
Doctor: "Nurse, get her prepped for surgery."
Nurse: "Yes, doctor."
Destiny: "I was afraid."
Jonah: "Of what?"
Nurse: "You're going to have to leave, sir."
Jonah: "No, I need to know."
Nurse: "Sir, you need to go now."
Sarynna: *tries to take Jonah out of the room* "Jonah, come on."
Jonah: "Fine." *leaves the room*
Nurse: *closes the door*
Jonah: "I have the right to know!"
Sarynna: *holds onto Jonah and looks at him in the eyes* "No, it's not! Listen to me, Jonah! She didn't want to tell you because she thought you would leave her!"
Jonah: "What? Why would I leave her?"
Sarynna: *sighs* "It's not my place to tell."
Jonah: "Sarynna, please tell me." *looks at her with hopeful eyes*
Sarynna: "I-"
Nurse: *opens the door and rolls Destiny out on a wheelchair*
Destiny: "Wait, I need to tell Sarynna something."
Nurse: "Make it quick."
Destiny: "683."
Sarynna: "Are you sure?"
Destiny: "Yes, 100%."
Sarynna: "Okay."
Nurse: *takes Destiny away*
Jonah: "What? What was that?"
Sarynna: *sighed* "We need to talk, Jonah."
Jonah: *had scared eyes*
Sarynna: "It'll be easier for all of the band to know at the same time, get them here."
Jonah: "Okay," he takes out his phone and starts texting on the group chat between him and the band.
~After All Of Them Showed Up At The Hospital~
Boys: "So, what's going on?"
Sarynna: "Destiny is in labor and she has been through labor, but the reason why she has to be in an OR while in labor and we're not allowed to be with her during the birth is because of what happened last time she was in labor. Last time she was having trouble having the baby so she had to be rushed into an emergency surgery, she almost died and her baby died. After that her fiance left her because he said that she killed their baby and that he doesn't love her anymore. After that she was a lot more careful about getting pregnant and being with guys because she didn't want that heartache and the thought of losing another baby because she couldn't give birth, she didn't want to go through that. Once she found out that she was pregnant with Jonah's baby, she was afraid that Jonah would leave her if she couldn't give birth to their baby, just like her fiance did."
Boys: *sat there in silence an pitty*
Jonah: "Wow..."
Sarynna: "That's why she was always so harsh to guys, she didn't want to be hurt and she didn't want to get pregnant and feel like she killed another child. She was even thinking of having an abortion and not telling Jonah that she might be pregnant because of that. After that happening to her she started becoming suicidal. She thought it was her fault her baby was killed, it was her fault that her fiance left her, she thought it was all her fault. I had to take her to the hospital every so often to get her cuts taken care of."
Corbyn: *walked over to Sarynna and hugged her because he could see the tears forming in her eyes* "Hey, it's okay. It's okay."
Sarynna: *started sobbing in his arms*
AllOfTheBoys: *ran up to Sarynna and engulfed her in a hug*
~2 Hours Later~
Jonah: *pacsing*
Sarynna: "Jonah, I'm just as worried as you are, but you need to calm down."
Jonah: "How am I supposed to calm down when my girlfriend might be dying before I get to give this to her?" *takes out a box*
Sarynna: "Is that?"
Jonah: "Yes."
Sarynna: "Oh my god. Destiny, I swear to god if you don't get through this I'm going to kill you."
Boys: *chuckle*
Destiny: "Hey guys," she says weakly.
Everyone: *turns around to see Destiny*
Destiny: *holding a baby in her hands* "It went well, we had a baby boy." She smiled when she looked down at the baby boy in her arms, "Look at him. Isn't he just adorable?"
Everyone: "Awe."
Jonah: "Can I hold him?"
Destiny: "Yes, duh." *hands him the baby* "Hold his head with one hand and his body with the other."
Jonah: *does so* He smiles a big, wide smile. "Well hello there, bud."
Baby: *smiles and shows his dimples*
Destiny: *giggles at his adorableness*
Everyone: "AWE!"
Destiny: "Come on, baby. I have to take him with me, he hasn't eaten yet."
Jonah: "Okay, I'll be in there soon, okay?"
Destiny: *takes the baby from him* "Okay."
Nurse: *takes Destiny to her room*
Doctor: "Alright, so the birth went well. The baby boy is 7 lbs and 1 ounce, he was born at 2:00am on January 24th, 2019. What will you be naming him?"
Jonah: "Uh, we haven't chosen yet. Can you give us some time, please?"
Doctor: "Sure, you can go in now."
~In The Hospital Room~
Destiny: *holding the baby and playing with him*
Jonah: "Hey, babe?"
Destiny: *looks up at him* "Yeah?"
Jonah: "What are we naming him?"
Destiny: *smiles* "Kol Lee Marias."
Jonah: "You want him to have my last name? Why?"
Destiny: "Because you're the father and I have brothers that can continue the Hix line. You're an only child, Jonah. Even if we're not married, I want the Marias line to go on."
Jonah: "Yeah, um, about that."
Destiny: "What?"
Jonah: *gets down on one knee*
Destiny: *gasps* "Jonah-"
Jonah: "Let me give my speech before you ask questions."
Destiny: *giggles but waits*
