Chapter Twenty-Eight

Jonah: *left for work after he got a bite to eat, seeing as Sarynna made food*

Sarynna: "So Kol, do you wanna watch a movie?" she asked in a goofy voice

Kol: *just looked at her and smiled*

Sarynna: *put in 'The Bee Movie' then sat down on the couch with Kol in her arms*

~Half Way Through The Movie~

Kol: *was asleep in Sarynna's arms*

Sarynna: *looked down at the baby boy in her arms and smiled, she was thinking of having one but she didn't know how Corbyn would react at the thought of kids* "Your parents are very lucky to have you, Kol." with that she fell asleep to the sound of him softly snoring and to the movie.
~At The Hospital~
Destiny: *in an OR doing a surgery on a patient*
Intern: "Ma'am?" *walks in*
Destiny: "What? Can't you see I'm in middle of getting rid of a brain tumor?" *said angrily*
Inter: "Uh-Y-Yes ma'am, uh, Dr.Grey wants to, uh, s-see you."
Destiny: "Well, tell her this. I'm in the middle of a very important surgery and she'll have to wait, just because she thinks she's better than me, doesn't mean she owns me in MY OR. Got it?"
Intern: *nods in fear*
Destiny: "Good, now run along."
~After The Surgery~
Destiny: *washing her hands*
Dr.Grey: "Really?"
Destiny: "Really, what?"
Dr.Grey: "You freak out my intern, then you say that I don't own you in YOUR OR? Seriously, Destiny? I understand you're pissed at me, but we are doctors, we have to work together."
Destiny: *whips around in anger* "Work together? You think I will work with you because your stupid boyfriend is a brain surgeon and thinks 'You're the best.' Well, news flash Grey, you're not. You come here and think you're on top of the world because your boyfriend is the chief, well you're wrong. Stay out of my way and next time, don't send your minions to talk to me. No need to be a pussy, show your face the next time you want to speak with me about 'my job.' Now, stay out of my damn way." *shoved her out of the way and walked over to the desk to check out*
Dr.Grey: "What are you doing?"
Destiny: "Going home, what does it look like?"
Dr.Grey: "You can't do that."
Destiny: *checks out* "I just did, I have a baby to get back to." *gives a huge pile of patient folders to Grey* "Have fun, it's your problem now." *leaves*
Dr.Grey: *huffs in annoyance*
~Back At The House~
Destiny: *unlocks the door and walks in* She sets her keys down on the counter and takes her coat off. "God, I'm so ready to die." *walks into the living room to see Sarynna and Kol asleep* She smiles, picks up Kol and lightly shakes Sarynna awake.
Sarynna: "Hm, what?"
Destiny: "Move up to the guest room, you'll have a cramp in your neck if you stay here."
Sarynna: "You got Kol, right?"
Destiny: "Yeah, go upstairs and get some rest."
Sarynna: *yawns* "Okay," she walks upstairs and into the guest room falling asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.
Destiny: *chuckles* She walks upstairs and lays Kol in his crib to let him sleep, then she walks into the guest room and pulls the blankets onto Sarynna. *walks to her room and changes into shorts and a spaghetti strap shirt then back downstairs and started watching Netflix*
~Time Skip A Few Hours~
Jonah: *walks in and throws his keys onto the counter seeing that Destiny's keys were there* He thought, 'Isn't she going back to work? If she was, wouldn't she be at the hospital still? What the hell?' "Destiny?"
Destiny: "In here," she whisper yelled from the living room.
Jonah: *walks into the living room and sits down on the couch with Destiny* He lays his head on her lap.
Destiny: *starts messing with his hair with one hand and used her other hand to eat popcorn*
Jonah: *looks up at her* "Can I have some?"
Destiny: *feeds him popcorn without even looking at him because she's so focused on the movie*
Jonah: *eats it* "So, why are you home so early?"
Destiny: *groans in annoyance* "Fucking Grey." she said in annoyance

Jonah: "No need to explain more." he said understanding

Destiny: "Yeah," she laughed.
Jonah: *chuckles* "Any surgeries before she ruined your day?"
Destiny: "Not without her ruining my good mood."
Jonah: "So you did have a surgery just you got interrupted in the middle?"
Destiny: "Yup. I only got one surgery done and she sent her little minions in to ruin my day, after that I'm cleaning up, right? She walks into my OR and starts acting like she owns the place, like she owns me. I literally blew up after that! It's my OR, MINE. Does it say Dr.Hix and Dr.Grey's OR? NO!! God, she just gets me so mad, you know?"
Jonah: "Think on the bright side, babe."
Destiny: "What bright side?"
Jonah: "You won't be a Hix anymore, you'll be a Marias."
Destiny: *smiles* "Yeah, we need to start planning that."
Jonah: "I thought Sarynna was going to be the planner."
Destiny: "She is, decorations wise. We still have to think of when, where, and we are making our own vows."
Jonah: "We're making our own vows?" *shot up*
Destiny: "Well, yeah. I mean, making our own vows makes it that much more special."
Jonah: "O-Okay. Is the dogs going to be in the wedding?"
Destiny: "Duh. Sarynna is going to be my maid of honor, obviously, and she'll be pulling the dogs in a cute little wagon that will have Kol in it too or she'll be carrying him."
Jonah: "I have no idea who I want to be my best man, to be honest."

Destiny: "Why don't you have Daniel as your best man?" she asked still watching her movie

Jonah: "I just think the rest of the guys would think that I don't like them as much as I like Daniel."
Destiny: "Then tell them that's how you feel."
Jonah: "How is the Jack and Zach thing going to work?"
Destiny: "I'll make one of them into one of my bridesmaids. If they don't choose, I will."
J+D: *laugh*
~Time Skip 1 Hour~
Sarynna: *walks downstairs and yawns* "Hey, when did Jonah get here."
Jonah: "I've been here for an hour."
Destiny: "Yeah."
Sarynna: "Oh, how long was I out?"
Destiny: "Four hours, why?"
Sarynna: "I just wanted to know."
Destiny: "If I knew you were that tired I would've taken Kol to the nursery in the hospital."
Sarynna: "No, no need to do that. I just didn't get much sleep last night."
Jonah: "Why not?"
Sarynna: "Well, before bed me and Corbyn got in a fight."

Destiny: "What happened?"
Sarynna: "Well..."
~Flashback~
Sarynna: *walks in laughing while on the phone with someone*
Corbyn: "Who's that?"
Sarynna: "Oh, just a friend."
Corbyn: "Who?"
