1. It Started With A Kiss

"I'm so nervous to meet your friends!" I chuckled, walking up to the mansion my brother Jake lived in with his friends.
"ah don't be! They're really cool guys, trust me!" He smiled closing the car door.

I was in L.A visiting my brother for the weekend, it's the first time I've seen him since he left Kansas.

I walked in the double doors and was greeted by a golden puppy, "aww" I bent down slightly to stroke its head.
"That's Buddy. That's Aaron's pup" Jake said, putting my bags down.
I nodded my head standing back up straight.
I walked further into the house, it was a really big spacious house, really gorgeous!
"Wow Jake. This is incredible!" I said in awe, looking around at the high ceilings and arches. I was so proud of his success.
I was interrupted by a bunch of guys approaching near me.
"hey guys, this is my sister Y/n. Y/n this is Sam, Colby, Corey and Aaron", Jake pointed to everyone individually. Too bad I was really bad at remembering names.
"hi" Sam waved
The rest of the guys waved, I waved back shyly and gave a small smile.
"where are you from Y/n?" Corey asked putting his hands in his pockets.
"She's from Kansas dude! My sister, duuuhhhh"
"oh yeah, bro. Making conversation bro. Duuuuhhhh"
I giggled at their silliness.
"hi I'm sam" he rubbed his chin

Sam looked at me in awe, causing me to blush
"Okay chill out bro, she's my sister guys dont forget it please! That means no kissing, no touching, no hugging PERIOD!"
I blushed harder, this blond guy was cute. His blue eyes stood out against his blond bangs.
"Well it's really good to meet you all. Thanks for having me for the weekend" I crossed my arms.
"can I offer you a tour of the house?" Sam offered.
I nodded immediately.
Sam took me around the house, showing me the bathrooms, told me which bedroom belonged to everyone, next we saw the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

"This is a magnificent house" I commented. Sam blushed.
"What?" I giggled looking at him. His shyness was so adorable.
"It's - its nothing. glad to have you here. Sam sighed, "let's go back in" he said pointing me to the doors.

It was around 7:30pm, the guys had ordered food and we just finished eating. We sat in the main living area where the guys were playing on the xbox. I sat and watched with enthusiasm.

I made my way up stairs, and found myself in Sam's room. I admired the pink wall behind his bed.
"Hey, why are you in here?" Sam asked leaning against the door frame
Startled, I turned around and panic slightly.
"Oh, I dont know. I got lost looking for the bathroom" I said quickly, pulling at the hem of my shirt. "You like pink?" I asked, trying to relieve the tension.
Sam nodded, "the guys painted my room as a prank" he laughed. I laughed lightly then we fell silent again. I stared blankly into his blue eyes for a moment, before earth hit me and I realized I was still in his room. "So I better get back" I chuckled, charging towards the door.

Sam stopped me from leaving, I looked at him confused, then his lips crashed on mine unexpectedly. "Whoa Sam what -" I asked confused pushing him back slightly.
"I'm sorry I dont know what came over me" Sam said putting his hands over his face. "Sam, I-" the floorboard just outside Sam's room startled us, and we saw Colby poke his head around the corner, I couldn't read his expression but by our sudden and awkward tension, I'm guessing he probably knew.
"Y/n, Jake is looking for you" Colby said before turning around and leaving.
I ran my hands through my hair, "do you think he knows?" I asked shaking.
Sam nods his head, "probably, we made it kinda obvious" Sam said looking at the floor.
I exhaled harshly, "but if he tells Jake..." I started
"He wont! I'll make sure of it!" Sam stood closer to me. I couldn't say anything, I just nod my head and smile lightly
"I should get back to Jake.." I said walking out the door, this time Sam doesn't stop me.

I sat back down on the couch and looked towards Colby giving a small smile. He looked at me coldly, and with a blank expression. He looked between Jake and myself. He most definitely knew what happened earlier. I only hoped Sam would fix this and Jake wouldn't find out.
