[E/C] eyes stared off in a dream like manner once Natsu had entered the guild but that look was quickly wiped away as a certain blonde entered the guild as well and followed after the red head looking almost as annoyed as [Name] was feeling. It wasn’t that she didn’t like Lucy, it was just that she didn’t like Lucy so close to Natsu; especially when she couldn’t be.
“You’re glaring again.” Mirajane laughed as she walked up beside where [Name] sat.
The [h/c] haired female scoffed and turned away from the duo at the mission board.
“I don’t know what you mean.” [Name] lied as she took a sip of her drink.
“Why don’t you just tell him how you feel, Natsu can be a bit dense.” Mirajane suggested.
“He’s obviously happy where he’s at.” [Name] growled, getting up from her seat to walk over to the mission board and grab a random mission.
Just as the irritated [h/c] haired female was leaving the guild an unmistakable voice called after her.
“[Name] wait up!” Natsu called.
[Name]s’ heart skipped a beat and her mood lightened a bit as she turned and greeted the red head that was making a beeline for her.
“What’s up Natsu?” [Name] asked curiously, a smile making its way across her lips.
“I was going to pick that mission.” Natsu admitted sheepishly.
“Oh.” [Name] laughed awkwardly “Well you’re welcome to come along with me if you want.”
“Really?” Natsu questioned.
“Sure.” [Name] replied.
“Great!” Natsu exclaimed then turned around “Hey Lucy c’mon, we’re going with [Name] on the mission!”
Almost immediately the smile dropped from [Name]s’ face and her irritated mood returned.
“Great.” [Name] said bitterly “Now let’s go.”
Without waiting for either of her companions [Name] began heading towards the train station.
“Urgh what an idiot!” [Name] growled in frustration “Why do I even l-“
“Hey [Name] wait up!” the voice of Natsu called and then suddenly Lucy, Happy, and Natsu were at her side.
“Thanks for letting us come along.” Lucy said with a smile.
“No problem.” [Name] replied attempting to have a brighter mood, after all it wasn’t the girls fault that Natsu was so oblivious.
Upon reaching the train station the trio soon realized that the train had already left forcing them to begin walking. It wasn’t so bad, while Natsu rambled on and on about whatever and Lucy tried her best to make the most of the situation [Name] was left to her thoughts, somewhere she liked to be. Natsu and Happy had soon raced on ahead, the dragon slayer swearing that he saw the next town off in the distance and was determined to prove the girls doubts wrong by going on ahead.
“You know,” Lucy began as the two women walked, “everyone knows how you feel about Natsu.”
“You mean aside from Natsu.” [Name] pointed out.
“Yeah well Natsu isn’t exactly the sharpest tool in the shed.” Lucy laughed weakly.
“So what are you trying to get at here?” The [h/c] haired female inquired.
“My point is, you should tell Natsu how you feel!” Lucy exclaimed.
“How you feel about what?”
Each girl gave a squeak upon being surprised by Natsu’s sudden re-appearance though [Name] was more uneasy than Lucy.
“I’ll just go on ahead and give you two a moment, come on Happy.” Lucy said nervously.
“Aye.” Happy agreed and followed after Lucy.
“What’s going on?” Natsu asked curiously.
“Everyone seems to think that I should just tell you how I feel.” [Name] sighed.
“How you feel about what?” Natsu probed.
“About you!” [Name] huffed, growing more annoyed in her nervous state.
“Then tell me.” Natsu said nonchalantly.
“I love you!” [Name] shouted having reached her end then immediately covered her mouth in shock of what she just confessed.
Natsu’s eyes widened as his cheeks turned a dark pink shade;; it was obvious he wasn’t used to this kind of thing but to be fair neither was [Name].
“Well what do you want from me?” He asked in a bashful tone.
“I want you to love me.” [Name] whispered, casting her [e/c] gaze to the side with pink cheeks of her own.
“But I already love you [Name].” Natsu confessed.
“What?” [Name] said in disbelief, “You’ve never shown that.”
“You want me to show you love?” Natsu said in confusion while scratching the back of his head, “How do you do that?”
“Like this.” [Name] said, taking a step towards Natsu and pressing her lips gently into his.
Natsu took a moment but soon he was kissing [Name] back.
“Alright that’s enough you love birds!” Happy’s voice suddenly filled the air, “We have a mission to get to!”
“Alright, alright.” [Name] laughed while blushing then looked over at Natsu who was grinning like an idiot.
“Oh hey look there’s the train!” Lucy announced while pointing in the direction of the train and with her announcement the moment could officially be deemed over.
“Yes!” Natsu shouted before taking off after the train.
“Natsu wait!” Lucy and [Name] called as they chased after him and the train.
