Replacing "Ignored"

This is a message to the readers who will be reading a new story that was revamped and built from the old story called "Ignored". If you haven't been notified, it was unpublished at around 8PM on February 23, 2019, due to its complexity of the whole story plot and its locations, plus due to privacy concerns, though it's still being kept on my profile as of right now. But these are partial ones of why I had to do this. So here I decided to disclose fully about why I decided to reset and refurbish this whole plot from the end to the beginning. Here it is:

-The actual location of the previous story was in the Philippines, an island archipelago Southeast Asian republican country. It's a small island, given its high population density and with an area of 300,000 km2 (120,000 sq mi) and it's estimated population as of 2015 by up to 100 million.
Author's Opinion: That being said, there are not many places to go, despite there are my favorite places were to go there and/or places that I constantly or sometimes visited there. My classmates(antagonists, except for Seth & Bradley(supporting characters, secondary protagonists) ) and I (the main and narrative protagonist) have barely had any space for suitable hideouts with the parking lots on SM Mall Of Asia, not suitable at all.

-In most countries, like in the Philippines, the legal age to do anything that people in high parental positions can do is at least 18 years old. Any sexual intercourse to any girls/women at the age of 12 is considered rape, under Chapter 3, Article 266 of the Anti-Rape Law of 1997. But the legal age to be permitted to have driving tests and that you can drive your own vehicle with a license is at least 17 years old and above.
Author's Opinion: All of the characters including myself and my classmates (except for Bradley and Seth at their ages of 17 and 19, respectively) are below 17 years old, estimated between 12 to 16 and a half, which means I cannot drive without my driving license, only Bradley or Seth can. Also, I cannot drive any of the vehicles I owned or stolen on expressways that requires toll payment or Electronic Toll Pass such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), which replaces the E-Pass system in the Philippines starting from early 2015, without any of these mentioned above (such as money on either pockets or in wallets, or by RFID stickers attached on the vehicle's windshield.) This has never been done before for underaged citizens such as myself if I chose to tail them or follow them closely on toll road by a vehicle, or in such a scenario when I have to over speed up to 135kph on highways when being chased by the assassins, classmates or more.

-The location in this school, now revealed as Alpha Angelicum Academy, located in Biñan, Laguna, is a rather, small and a private school, still monitored under the Philippines Department of Education. There are no front yards(except for the sandy area, as a parking lot), quads, open spaces and the rear area of the school is mostly an uncovered hallway where rainwater drainage pipes and airconditioning coolants dripped and flowed down there, and where school workers walked through there. The school does not have much of the land area and it's mostly on a rectangular structural form. Behind the walls of the school is the cemetery named as Biñan Municipality Cemetery, where it is literally an open area but has wall crypts around the area and the cemetery remains very dark at nighttime.
Author's Opinion: An explosion this big of the size of 2 or 5 propane gas tanks or bombs could devastate the entire part of the cafeteria and decimate the portion of the wall separating between the school, the subdivision and the cemetery grounds. During the Halloween Party, the canteen/cafeteria, especially the kitchen never remains empty and the suspect of the explosion couldn't have set off the blaze while the chefs are still present there or while being spotted by an eyewitness such as myself at the beginning. If it does happen, it would have overtaken the position as the worst bombings in the Philippines in terrorism history and would have resulted in hundreds of casualties and trigger mass panic. The entire school would have been closed down for major repairs at which it makes no sense that class is still ongoing, while the cafeteria remained closed in "Ignored".
