I don't wanna go...

He was gone.

Please, Mr. Stark...

Turned to dust.

I'm sorry...

And he was never coming back.

~With Peter~

Waking up in the DOA Recording Studios was not how Peter planned spending his evening. He had promised his family he wouldn't end up there until he was an old man. Although, when he got his powers and became Spider-man he should have expected to die early.

Looking around him he noticed there were more dead people in here than there usually was. He tried to figure out why. He got his answer when all his memories from the past few hours moves to the front of his mind.

Half the world turned to dust, poof. And he was one of that 50% that had died. Was May OK? Ned? MJ? Mr. Stark? He cut of that thinking before he had a panic attack. They had to be OK. Right?

Walking past the long lines of people waiting to be admitted to the Underworld, Peter walked casually up to the front desk, unaware of the pairs of eyes following him.

Sitting behind the desk was a disgruntled looking Charon. He had met the god plenty of times before when he had come to visit his family. His Uncle Nico was kind enough to take him most times but couldn't make it one day so Peter was forced to go by himself which led to him meeting Charon. Peter was fascinated with the god and after talking to him for a few minutes, Charon immediately liked the kid. Who wouldn't though?

Looking up when he heard footsteps, the soul reaper began to recite the words he had said to many people demanding to leave but upon looking at the person in front of him he paled.

He could tell Peter was dead, the kid was translucent and after being around the dead for so long he could easily tell if they were alive or not. Of course, he liked to humor the demigods on their quests to the underworld by letting them think he believed they were dead.

Charon mutter something under his breath before sighing. He looked Peter in the eyes. "Your family isn't going to be happy you're dead, kid," Charon sighed sadly, earning a shrug from the spider.

"I'm sure they will but it was inevitable. Half the world died, I was unlucky, not much they can do about it," Peter replied. Charon gave a small smirk before turning serious.

"I assume you want me to bring you down there now, right? Just ask and I will, you know how much the Boss likes you." Peter nodded in response before remembering something.

"If any of the heroes that fought against Thanos are here can you let them in too? They should be let in on this as soon as possible. I have a feeling ita going to be awhile before the remaining heroes figure out how to reverse this whole thing," Peter explained. Charon looked unsure before nodding hesitantly. He signed again before making his way over to a small device and pressing a button. A beep sounded throughout the room.

"All heroes who fought against Thanos, please make your way up to the front desk." It was silent before people began complaining again. Crowds parted as the dead hero's made their way over. They shot Peter a look of confusion but all they got in response was him shaking his head.

As they made their way to the boat Peter did a headcount. The people that were fighting Thanos alongside him were there as well as Doctor Strange. Some of the people Peter fought at the airport were also there. The Falcon, The Winter Soldier, The Scarlet Witch, a living tree, Loki, a green lady who was currently being held in a death grip by one of the Guradians, Vision and The Black Panther.
