I spent a few hours reserching California on my phone, places to see, where to go. If I wanted to I could go to Disneyland but I don't want to. I've been in this bus for three days now luckily where here. The first thing on my list to do is find an apartment, than right after a job I have money but if I countinue to use my card people can trace me, I don't want that. I'll call when I'm settled in but for now I need to be on my own.

The bus finally came to it's last stop and I got off the bus, California really was pom tree central but it was beautiful the cool morning breeze engoulped my skin as I stepped off the bus as I left the bus station I noticed a news paper stand, I picked up a news paper and paid the man for it.

Flipping through I found the perfect apartment, one bedroom newly furnished, 1300 a month. Nice place in a nice little town to, I called the number listed and waited for an answer "Hello?" the man answered. "Hi, my names Al-Megan... I'm calling about the apartment you have listed in the news paper"

"Oh yes, are you interested?" he asked "very" I said "Alright great it's the last one availble how about we meet in half an hour here?" he asked "Sounds great" I hung up the phone and hailed a taxi "Bridgewalter drive please" I said "sure thing"

my phone rang in my pocket and I answered it "Hi, Liam.." I said quietly. "My God Alison! Where have you been? Where are you??" he asked worried

"Liam listen you can't tell anybody I called you, Please, I'm okay, and I can't tell you where I am. But right now I just need to be on my own you understand right?" I asked "You had me worried sick babe" he said "I know, I'm so sorry I didn't mean to scare you" I said.

"Why'd you leave, was it the party?" he asked "no, I'm lost in life right now Liam this never ending rollarcoaster I can't get off it I'm sorry that I scared you I am and I wish I could tell you where I am but I can't I have to go, but I love you so much Liam" I said and hung up the phone before I changed my mind and asked him to come get me.

Leaving was going to be harder to do than I thought. "You new around here?" the taxi driver asked. "Yeah, fresh off the bus" I joked. "Well you chose the right spot, this is a great town. I'm Al, the regular taxi guy"

"Megan" I smiled "So, do you know any good places to get a job near bridgewalter?" I asked "Yeah, actually there are a few good places but I would recomend the Hollywood Cafe, I hear they just lost one of their waitresses, there a pretty famous place pays good to" he said

Hollywood cafe, I think I'll try that place first. "Perfect, thank you" I smiled "You're welcome, well heres you're stop enjoy your stay Megan" I handed Al a 50$ bill and got out of the cab walking up to the buliding, "Are you Megan?" I man leaning against the building asked he was tall, messy blonde hair brown eyes, fit and pretty tall, he couldn't be older than 25.

"Yeah" I said walking towords him "I'm Kyle" he said we casually shook hands and I followed him inside the building. "So there are 6 apartments in the building 2 on each floor, mine is on the top along with the one you'll be staying in, it's furnished, all bran new things ready to move in anytime" we took an elevator to the third floor

"sound perfect, I want it" I said "You haven't even seen the place yet" he laughed "I don't need to judging from the look of this place it's beautiful, so I'll take it, and move in today?" I asked "Yeah that's fine, um is there somewhere you have all you're things?" he asked. "Um, this is all my things... It's kind of a long story" I shrugged

"Oh, well okay than. I followed him into a small office type space and he handed me a set of keys. "That one is your room key, and the other is the key to all the doors, pool, gym, those things. And if you could sign this, here and here there and fill in the neccicary information that would be great" he said I shoved the keys in my pocket and filled out the papers.
