They reached Radisson Blue, on Beltola Road sometime after 4 pm due to traffic snarl at National Highway.
The hotel was Four Star Hotel on the National Highway also called Beltola Bypass.
Brenya was given room on the fourth floor number 411 and Jerry took on the same wing 421. The rooms were not facing each other but on the same floor.
The rooms were overlooking the Beltola Bypass and during the night the vehicle lights looked like myriads of stars.
The tooting of horns could be heard every now and then .
The heavy coal trucks thronged the highway during the night till early morning .
The journey by road from Dimapur to Guwahati was exhausting and some portion of highway were congested with traffic creating chaos.
There were places where they really had to sit out long to move an inch.
In fact for those who were not regular travellers it was back breaking journey.
Sometimes person become frustrated just sitting inside the unmoving vehicle.
Brenya stripped her travel worn clothes and immediately immersed herself in the warm bathtub enjoying the scented water of jasmine perfume.
Though it was not cold but she used slightly warm water.
She felt rejuvenated after her bath and ordered room service for some snacks.
She then called Jerry in his mobile phone but it was switched off.
She was thinking perhaps he must be resting after the arduous journey from Dimapur and started her work on her laptop.
Since she needed to update their progress to the headquarters she took time to update every detailed and she almost took more than two hours.
It was already 8:30 pm and her stomach was growling.
"Growl.....growl....growl........." "rumble......rumble......."
She wanted to check Jerry before dinner and called him again.
Again there was no response and she tried the intercom in his room.
"
Tring.......tring......tring......"The bell was going but nobody picked up the intercom.
After repeating for three times she gave up .The restaurant was a Roof top restaurant and nicely decorated with tribal motips.
You could see Japi and gamocha ( traditional hat and piece of cloth) nicely decorated and the place was vibrant with colours.
The aroma of food was reaching her nostrils and made her saliva dropped.
Many diners were into their food and many were drolling on their drinks.
The weather was cold.
Brenya took up the elevator to the Rooftop restaurant.
She wore a simple floral frock with blue colour Vans and put on a Naga stole she picked up from Dimapur because it was slightly cold and breezy.
Some guys were openly staring at the tall and beautiful woman with long hair and flawless long legs.
But Brenya was oblivious of their ogling and walked steadily in her flat vans.
Her hair was hanging loose since she shampooed her hair and giving out sweet jasmine smell.
She took a corner seat overlooking the Highway.
