Double the Rejection, Double the Love...What Is A Girl To Do?

Chapter Six

*Nellie's POV*

After a few minutes of being wrapped up in both our scents and arms Lilli finally started to calm down and I was able to see our little mate relax. Her memory was still playing in my mind and filled me with concern. Before she was able to push the memories out we ha seen glimpses of what she went through and it just made me so mad at those who had hurt such an angel. Nic must of picked up on my thoughts because he started to rub my back and kissed my temple.

In the human world being in a relationship with your brother as anything but siblings or friendship would be looked at as taboo or wrong but in the supernatural world we accepted it. The Moon Goddess always put you with those that you were meant for though usually if you and your twin shared a mating bond then there was a chance that you had another mate out there. You would feel this once you completed mating with your twin. For example, after Nic and I had made or bond complete the fallowing morning there was a small hole in our hearts that kept growing until we had found our little Malilla.

I turned looking up at Nicolas. He was always the one to know what to do when we were growing up. He did his best to take care of us and I knew that it would only continue with our new mate. I smiled at him before leaning over Malilla and pressing my lips to his. I couldn't keep the moan off my tongue when Nicolas nipped at my bottom lip.

"Kisses for me too?" Melilla's soft voice called to us.

Nic and I split apart slowly before we leaned down and placed soft kisses to each of Melilla's cheeks. We heard a click and saw a flash of a camera. It caused Melilla to jump slightly before she quickly hid her face in Nicolas' chest. I could see a smile crawl across his face as he pulled me closer to him too.

"Oh, Mom is going to love these! I'll make sure to print copies up for you guys." our younger sister, Jenna, practically squealed.

"Jenna, you spooked, Malilla." hissed Nicolas, as he rubbed our shaking mate's back.

"Nicky," I said, using a nickname that he only let me, and now Malilla, use. "Be nice to Jenna. She didn't mean any harm."

"I am sorry, Malilla. I didn't mean to startle you," Jenna said, taking in Malilla's position.

Malilla slowly turned her head and made eye contact with Jenna.

"Lilli says that you're good. She likes you." Malilla said, her tiny hand reaching behind her towards me. After pulling me towards her she began to play with my fingers. "I-I-It's nice to meet you, Jenna."

I was so proud of our baby girl. I could see that it was difficult for her to present herself. I placed a soft kiss on her shoulder before turning to my little sister. Jenna stood at about 5' 10", had blonde curly hair, and brown eyes.

"What the hell is going on in here?" Johnny, or Alpha Johnathan to those outside family and close friends like the Beta family, said in a very hard voice. If we didn't know him the way we do it would've come off threatening but Johnny was nothing but a big teddy bear for his family.

"Hush little one, Johnny is a good guy." Nicolas said when a whimper came from our mate. I watched as she looked our brother up and down. Like Jenna he had brown eyes and blonde hair. He stood at a 6' 4", which was only two inches shorter than Nic's 6' 6" and my 6' 0". Everyone of us were giants compared to Malilla's 5' 4".

"It's ok, baby." I cooed at Malilla. "Johnny couldn't hurt a fly. Just flash some puppy dog eyes and a pouty lip at the big softy and he'll melt."

"Hey!" Johnny protested.

"He said no no word." she whispered to me.

"That's a work in progress. He can't seem to keep cuss words from his vocabulary." I said, touching my forehead to Malilla's before pulling away a little and pecking her on her nose. I giggled as I watch her small nose scrunch up. My laughter continues when she leans closer to me so we're nose to nose. Then she slowly shakes her head back and forth, giving me an Eskimo kiss.

"Nicolas, were you able to finish the schedule for pack workouts this week?" Johnathan asked.

"Yeah, I sent it to your email this morning." Nicky told him. "I added a very basic class that Tyson can lead for beginners or new pack members. Is that alright?"

"That's a good idea, especially with the new addition to our family" Johnny smiled at us.

Johnny had become Alpha a couple years ago and was doing a wonderful job at it. Unfortunately, he had yet to find his mate. We all looked forward to the day that he would bring our Luna home. We knew that the Moon Goddess would have someone special picked out for such an amazing guy like him.

"Would you be ok with that, baby?" Nicky asked Malilla.

She nodded and we both smiled. We would never force anything on her and we would always be happy and supportive of her final choices but we also wanted her safe and although we would do our best to always be there and protect our little love we want to make sure that she could hold her own for a little bit at the least.

"That's good, Mal! It's going to be a nice way for you to meet the pack." I told her. Malilla nodded as she leaned in closer to me.

"Mmm...you smell so...y-yummy." she said to me.

The room room filled with laughter and Malilla's face turned beet red before she hid it right in my chest. She had no clue what her actions alone were doing to us.

"It's ok, sweetie. You're allowed to say things like that to us. We like hearing what you have to say," Nicky said, leaning in close to her ear before his tongue flicked out, tracing the outline of her ear an causing a soft moan to be released from Malilla's mouth. One almost left my own due to Malilla's reaction.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Johnathan said, catching a whiff of our arousal. "Take it to a bedroom if you're going to go at it. Mom will flip if you fuck her kitchen up twice in the same day."

Nicky roared with laughter and I couldn't help but grin. It had been a long time since either of us had been so happy. Don't get us wrong we were happy. We were blessed with a loving family and friends, our health, a safe environment...the list could go on and on. We were grateful for all the Moon Goddess had given to us but without the little mate that sat between us we had been a bit saddened.

"Don't worry, Nicky will take care of us tonight before bed." I told Malilla quietly. She nodded, finally removing her face from my chest.

"Have you given Malilla a tour of the grounds yet?" Johnny asked.

"Not yet," I answered.

"Well, why don't we all go after you're done eating?" Jenna said.

"Yes," Malilla said before either of us could reply.

I was thankful for her response. She was just so timid I was afraid she'd shy away from others more. Maybe she would but as long as our family and friends continued to be calm and welcoming things should work just fine.
