Third person
The brown haired girl handed the taxi chauffeur a small 20 dollar bill before closing the door of the car. She had her luggage in both of her hands as I looked at the grey-ish house in front of her, she hadn't seen it in almost two years.
Finley had left because she was scared, terrified, of her own twin brother. The teenager had seen what he was in the school when they got locked inside, that night Scott had explained everything and she just couldn't handle it. she had still been scared after he explained and he knew his sister needed time to process it. after a while, Finley had just made a deal with her mom to stay with her uncle in London.
She thought it was for a school thing, thinking there were more people going. She didn't have to know that her daughter was scared of her only brother. She also hadn't told Scott nor his best friend, Stiles. The only people that knew were: Lydia Martin, her best friend, and her mom. On the plane to London, she had texted Scott, telling him she was 'sorry and in need of time to process it'. They had texted almost every day. well, more Scott texting his sister, asking her when she was coming back again, always getting the same answer 'I don't know'. Sometimes she had tried to ignore his text, trying not to look at her phone that day, but she always ended up texting back.
Lydia hadn't known why her best friend had left her behind in the small town. She thought it was because of what happened at the school. which it partly was but Lydia hadn't known the full story, not until she found out about the supernatural. Scott had told Lydia about why his sister had left, She had understood, almost immediately calling Finley to tell her everything she had found out.
It was now evening in Beacon Hills as the brown haired girl kept staring at the house. she had been standing here for around ten minutes, her heart beating so hard it might pop out of her chest, scared to go inside the house.
Right when she was about to cross the street and knock on the front door her phone started buzzing in the pocket of her jacket. Slightly startled she took it out of her pocket and looked at the phone screen that displayed the name 'Lyds'. A soft smile came on the girls face as she picked up, quickly bringing the phone to her ear.
"Hey Lyds" She softly spoke into the phone as she waited for a response. She heard a familiar laugh come from the girl on the other end of the line.
"Okay, Fin why didn't you pick up the last three hundred times I called?" Lydia half shouted into the phone shocking Finley. the girl sighed. "I'm sorry, Lydia. I can't talk right now. you can explain tomorrow at the school okay?" she spoke into the phone, ready to hang up.
"Wait? At school Fin what ar-" Finley had cut her off by pressing the red key on her phone, knowing Lydia would kill her for that the next day
after Finley had hung the phone up she looked back at the house, the cab had already left and she didn't have enough money for a cab back. So if she didn't go through with this plan she was stuck here. After she put her phone back in her pocket she grabbed her second bag in her hand before at a slow pace crossing the street. every step she got closer to the house her heart started beating faster and faster.
And then she just stared at the front door. Too scared to knock, or even move. her breath was stuck in her throat just like the lump she tried to swallow as she raised her hand, slowly bringing herself to knock on the door. She closed her eyes and waited for the sound of the door unlocking. It took a few minutes and she heard mumbling inside. "who knock on a door at ten pm?" was being muttered by no one else than Melissa McCall. she was about to say something about wanting the person to leave when she actually took a look at the person. her daughter. Before Finley could even take a breath the two arms of her mother were wrapped around her.
