{Third Person}

It was now night, Scott and Derek were on their way to the bank, Stiles was staring out of the huge windows of the loft, Peter was sitting on the couch and Finley had taken place on the steps of the stairs peter had been sitting on earlier.

They had gone over the plan again just before Scott and Derek left. Finley just couldn't shake the feeling something would happen there. She had offered to come and Derek had wanted to shut her down but Scott was faster so now she was stuck in the loft with an overly sarcastic teenager and an untrustable werewolf.

Stiles soon had started to talk again which made Finley look up at him. "I can't take waiting around like this, you know? It's nerve-wrecking. My nerves are wrecked. They're severely wrecked. wrecked." Finley quietly looked at the talkative boy.

"I could beat you unconscious and wake you up when it's over," Peter told him from the couch and Finley rolled her eyes at his response. Stiles then turned around. "You think Erica's really dead?"

"You think I really care?" Peter responded as Finley stood up.

"We know you're a sociopath, Peter" Finley sighed as crossed her arms over each other. Peter opened one eye to look at the McCall before closing it again.

"I just... I don't understand the bank, though, okay? Like, why wouldn't they chain them up in some underground lair or something? They're an Alpha pack, right? so shouldn't they have a lair." Stiles rambled.

"They're werewolves, not bond villains" Peter mumbled and Stiles looked like he realized something. Finley walked closer to him as he started walking.

"Wait a sec. Wait a sec. Like, maybe the bank vault reminds them of their little wolf dens" He said as he put his hands on his hips.

"Wolf dens?" Finley asked as she raised one of her brows.

"Yeah, wolfs dens," Stiles told her as he turned around to look at her before facing Peter. "Where do you live?" He asked.

"In an underground network of caves hidden deep in the woods," Peter answered in a serious tone and Finley rolled her eyes...again.

"Whoa, really?" Stiles asked, actually believing him. Finley's facepalmed herself as Peter spoke up again.

"No, you idiot. I have an apartment downtown" Peter said with a small chuckle. Stiles sighed.

"Okay, fine, but still, that just proves that there's something up with the bank. And why wait around for the full moon, huh? Why not just kill them whenever they want to?" Stiles said as Finley leaned on the table and looked at the map of the bank.

"Maybe they think it's poetic," Peter said and Finley chuckled as she kept staring at the paper in front of her, trying to find out what was so special about that bank.

"They've already had three full moons to be poetic," Stiles told him in a 'duh' tone.

"And here you've only had one full hour to be so annoying..." Peter said but his sentence died off quickly.

"No, go ahead, finish what you were saying. I'm annoying... What were you gonna say there?" Stiles said and Finley looked up.

"Stiles, shut up. I think he realized something" Finley said and Stiles immediately pressed his lips together.

"Little McCall is right," Peter said as he stood up from the couch. "What are the walls made from?" He asked as he walked over to Finley.

"I don't know, like... wood and brick or..." Peter quickly interrupted Stiles. "No, no, no, the vault, the vault. The walls, what are they made out of?" Peter muttered and Finley quickly searched through the papers.

"Where would it say that?" Stiles asked as Finley read all the words on every page she turned.

"Doesn't say anything." She told him while she kept looking at the page.

"Where would it say the materials, the type of stone?" Peter asked and he looked at Stiles. Stiles quickly turned to his bag.

"Yeah, here, hang on." He said and grabbed a paper out of his bag before handing to the teenager next to him. "here. it's gotta be in there." He said and Finley scanned over the paper as fast as she could.

"Here, it's...Hecatolite." She said before looking at the adult next to her. "Is that awful? That sounds awful." The brunette next to her said as he also looked at Peter.

"Get them on the phone. call them. NOW!" Peter yelled and Stiles reached for his phone. "Okay, Why?" He asked as he started to dial Scott's number.

"Cause Boyd and that girl aren't gonna kill each other. They're gonna kill Derek and Scott." Peter said and Finley her eyes widened. The teenager instantly felt panic flow through her veins and her breathing became heavier.

Not even seconds later Scott had picked up the phone. "Stiles now is not the best time." She heard her brothers voice and Finley almost instantly relaxed a bit.

"Scott! Scott! No, listen to me, okay? Look, you gotta get out of there." Stiles screamed through the phone. "Look, the walls of the vault are made with a mineral called hecatolite. It scatters the moonlight. "

"What does that mean?" Scott asked and they heard Derek talking to the two werewolves.

"Look it keeps the moonlight out, okay?" Stiles said and Finley quickly jumped in. "Scott, They haven't felt the full moon in months." She told him and then Peter started talking.

"Think of it like the gladiators in the Roman Colosseum. They used to starve the lions for three days, making them more vicious, more out of control. Deucalion has kept them from shifting for three full moons, diminishing their tolerance to it." Peter explained as they heard growling in the background.

"Scott, they're gonna be stronger...More savage, more bloodthirsty. Scott, they're the lions. They're the starved lions and you and Derek just stepped into the Colosseum." Peter continued.

"Moral of the story, Scott, get the fuck out of there right now!" Finley said demandingly through the phone.

"Derek, we got a problem, a really big problem." They heard Scott tell Derek through the phone.

"Cora?" They softly heard Derek ask.

"Who?" Scott muttered before Derek repeated the name.

"Scott?" Stiles asked anxiously. "Hey, Scott!" Stiles yelled when he didn't get a response.

"No, Wait!" Scott yelled and Finley immediately kept calling his name and asking what was wrong. Then the call had ended.

"Scott!" Stiles yelled and Finley put her hands in her hair.

{Chaos Rising finished}

Scott and Derek had quickly gone after the two on the loose werewolves while Stiles and Finley were stuck with Peter at Derek's loft.

Well, that was until they got a call from Lydia telling them that she had found a body at the pool.

Here we go again...
