YA POV:

"what kind of channels are these..."

"old people channels." Daniel replies.

"well looks like i'm watching Property Brothers."

i sit watching the two brothers flip and help couples find houses when the nurse walks in.

"hi (y/n), so how are you feeling?"

she goes to the computer and starts checking things.

"i'm doing pretty good."

"good. well you have a visitor." she smiles at me.

next thing you know i see Peter and May walk in.

him. why is he here.
well at least i get to see May.

"hey May!" i say.

"hey May and Peter!" Daniel says giving me the side eye.

May looks at Peter and slightly smiles

"hey sweetie, how are you feeling?"

"i'm doing great. Property Brothers is great."

"i bet." she crosses her arms and looks at the tv.

Peter just stands there kinda awkwardly.

"hey Peter. glad to see you're okay." i say plainly.

he chuckles nervously.

"hu-yeah. had to t-"

"tell Stark. yeah i know. Ned told us." i say completely avoiding eye contact with him.

"(y/n)..."

"oh no it's fine. i understand. it's good you informed him or i would probably have gone into critical condition."

i look at him and he's looking down fiddling with his fingers.

looks like he's thinking.

"what's going through your mind?" i ask him.

he looks up and meets my gaze.

he looks at May and then Daniel and then back at me.

"can i have a moment with her?" he asks looking at May and Daniel.

"yeah. hey Dan, do you want ice cream?"

he practically jumps up.

"heck yeah."

she laughs and they walk out closing the door behind them.

"so?" i say.

"how do i put this..." he takes a seat besides my bed.
