The momements we feel safest are when we are most vulnerable
Our walls become unmanned and unarmed
There is no longer anything to guard us, our hearts, our minds, our souls
With the feeling of safety present, we lose the need to protect ourselves
The moments I feel safest have often led to the most pain
I was unprepared for what was to come because I trusted the sense of safety
