Can was pacing by the rocks when Polen called.
Can: Hello, Polen?
Polen: Can, I heard you left the Balkan job early. What happened?
Can: Polen, I needed to come home. It was a last minute decision. I'm sorry I didn't tell you.
Polen: It's okay, but you should have told me I was beginning to worry when I didn't hear from you the other day. Your mother called me and told me that you were coming back. I came back as well to visit my family a few days ago. I could have picked you up from the airport.
Can: Its okay Polen, Emre picked me up and we had a good talk. Look I have a few things I need to do. We can meet up later and catch up. Tamam?
Polen: Tamam. See you.
Can: See you.
Can really didn't want the distraction of Polen but felt mildly obligated to talk with her since she did help him get the job in the Balkans. She always listened to him and maybe she would understand what he has to do know.
Can decided he was going to his mountain home to think. He needed some time to think about what he should say to Sanem. If this was his chance. He couldn't mess it up.

Ever Since working for Yigit, Sanem had always stayed at the office late. Although she missed her friends and Ceycey, she didn't realize how much more she could get done with a quieter office. It was like her work was on overdrive. It was already getting late and almost time Yigit checked on her to make sure she went home soon.
Yigit: Sanem, you really need to leave the office earlier. You work too hard!
Sanem: I know Yigit, but I'm making so much progress.
Yigit: You say that everytime and every time you amaze me. At least let me give you a ride home tonight. It's getting dark and starting to rain.
Samem: Tamam, I just need five more minutes.
Yigit: Sounds good I will see you in the car park.
Sanem: Tamam.

Polen decided to see if Can was at the agency. Huma had called her to tell her that Can was coming back. Huma was nervous Can would want to see Sanem and that this was her opportunity to make sure their relationship was heading the right direction. Polen agreed and reached out to Can acting as though she was already in Istanbul.
When Polen reached the car park at the agency, she saw Sanem walking out the door and felt the need to set her straight. Polen was always jealous of Sanem. How did a simple girl from a mahalle land Can? She was a coffee girl who didn't have her kind of upbring, education, or experience. She was with Can for 10 years and Sanem made more progress with him in a matter of months. What the hell?
Immediately, Sanem sneezed looking around as though she knew Polen would be there.
Polen: Sanem, I see you still have that sniffle. I guess some things never change. (fake smiling)
Sanem: Oh Polen, good to see you too. What brings you here?
Polen: You didn't know?
Sanem shakes her head.
Sanem: (in a sarcastic tone) Obviously no, otherwise I wouldn't have asked you.
Polen: Can has decided to come back to Istanbul and the agency. I came back with him to support his decision of course.
Sanem: (sarcastically smiling) Great! I'm happy for you both. Now if you don't mind I would like to go home.
Polen: Before you do that Sanem, I want you to thank you.
Sanem: Excuse me?
Polen: You brought me and Can back together. I mean you did break us up at first, but you just had to be yourself and the rest would fall into place. I mean really how would you too ever lasted anyways right?
Sanem: (sighing) I guess you're right Polen, I clearly am not the one for him. Only a sad desperate woman would want a coward like him. You both really are perfect for one another. Good night. (smiling and walking away)
Polen: Good night Sanem. (smirking at her)
Sanem walked over to Yigit's car and got in the passenger seat.
Yigit: Sanem, are you okay? I saw you talking with my sister which can't be good. She can be so insecure and vindictive. I try my best to avoid her. What did she say to you?
Sanem was looking at the window as they drove.
Sanem: (sighing) Nothing that wasn't true. Honestly Yigit, I don't know how you guys are related.
Arriving at her home.
Sanem: Thank you Yigit. You always know when to give me space. I appreciate you not pushing me to talk about what happened. You've become a great friend to me.
Yigit: Of course, Sanem. You have been my muse starting this company. You constantly inspire me and put me at ease. Have a good night.
Sanem: (Waving goodbye) Good night.
Yigit drove away thinking about Sanem. He was always thinking about Sanem. He had heard from his sister that Can was interested in another girl and that is why they parted ways. Polen always said that she wasn't impressive but she had a way with Can making him open up that she was envious of. Yigit didn't imagine that the day he accidentally hit a girl with his car it would be the very girl Polen was speaking of. Since the accident Yigit was finding himself entranced by Sanem. Everything about her was magical. Her beauty, her writing, her work ethic, just about everything made him want to be around her. Once he figured out the connection between Can and Sanem he knew he needed to give her time to get over him and he was willing to wait to her. She was worth it to him.

HI guys, I know this chapter is a bit controversial. I am not team Yigit but as of late I feel I am little less team Can. I know, I know. I wanted to write something that showed just how much Sanem's impact is. She is the girl guys want and the girl other girls want to be. Her growth throughout the show has been such an example of how to be humble, witty, and mature. I can't wait to see what happens in the next episodes. I promise the next chapter will focus more on CanEm:)
