Mom and Dad told me to take two days off to rest, I refused, especially because this was my first day of school, so I might lose a lot of opportunities to socialize, especially looking for the meaning of the weirdness that happened.
Although reluctant, I tried to enjoy my day off, and I realized that I didn't know where Christ or Mella lived. Stupid! If I was allowed yesterday, I would have been like a lost person looking for an unknowing friend's house. Then I took the cellphone and sent June a message.
Me: June, can I ask for help?
It didn't take long before June replied to my message.
June: OH MY GOD! NORAAA...! How are you? I'm really worried, I want to ask but I'm afraid to disturb you so I'm waiting for you to contact me first. Are you all right?
Me: I'm fine and thank you for contacting my Daddy if you don't do it maybe no one will know me there because John and the other committee members are cowards. Ah... by the way, can you help me?
June: I'm happy to help you. What can I do for you?
Me: Before that, I want to ask. That game, when we are on the second floor, you saw those ghosts right?
A minute.
Two minutes.
Ten minutes
Thirty minutes.
No message.
June didn't reply, I watched the clock and I was very sure it was break time, so June could not ignore my message for so long. So I decided to call him.
Ring, ring, ring.
Soon, June raised my call, but her voice sounded strange.
Me: Are you okay? Your voice sounds like a horse running out of a race.
June: Yes, I'm fine. What is wrong?
Me: This is about my previous question, so did you see them?
June sighed, long enough. It's like she has a great burden.
Me: What happened? Why don't you want to answer my question? Did something happen? Come on, June, don't try to hide something from me, I hate that.
I heard June sighing again. I'm pretty sure she hiding something from me. I know her best.
June: I already got the address of Christ and Mella's residence. You can ask them because I am not sure what to tell you. They also currently take two days off as you.
Me: Really?
June: Yes, the incident that night made a school uproar. Everyone is talking about you now. They said that was a miracle that you could survive from there considering that the basement was very lacking in oxygen, so that is why the SAR team found you asleep.
I was astonished at this new fact. At that time I did not remember experiencing tightness due to lack of oxygen. The strangest thing is that I didn't fall asleep at the table at all if I fainted then the very thing that was possible was I fell asleep on the floor.
June: Now they reopen the closed basement, they plan to renovate it. From what I heard, this basement was closed because once every century there were always cases of unresolved deaths. They think this is a curse, so people choose to close the basement. Even telling you this just makes me have a goosebump.
Shit! I'm going crazy! Everything that June said sounded absurd. As someone who imposes rationality, this is very unlikely to happen.
June: Nora? Are you there?
June asks because I didn't say anything so she wants to make sure of my condition.
Me: Sorry, I just fell asleep for a while, but I heard everything.
June: Huh? Asleep but can hear, your weirdness can never be lost
June laughed, I also laughed but this anxiety couldn't be fooled.
Me: Send the address via message, now I want to go take a shower.
June: Okay, enjoy your days off!

Now I stand in a simple house that has a very wide yard. I am very sure that people who see a page filled with shady trees will surely praise how cool a house like this is, especially since these shady trees give you a lot of positive energy.
But, I'm not like that. I feel the air around this house is very heavy, the more I approach myself, the more I try to breathe. I feel that something is holding me back from entering. All these feelings don't stop me from looking for answers. I better feel bad energy than have to sleep in a constant curiosity.
Then I wiggled a big bell, a bell-like bell in buddha's place. I was looking for the bell button, you know the electric one but didn't find it. So I just tried to ring a big bell hanging in the middle of this strange house terrace.
The big sound of the bell echoed in my ears, making me close my eyes to feel the sensation of being hit by hundreds of people simultaneously.
"You..."
A voice startled me, I opened my eyes and found Mella standing before me. "Oh, hi!" I broke the silence.
"CHRIST! HE'S COMING!" Mella shouted into the house.
"She? Do you mean... me? Ah... so June already said it."
Mella looked at me intensely, "No, not her. The other person said it, and Christ told me. Before he went to take a shower, he said that you would come to visit, the sound of noisy bells would be the sign."
I lost my way, Mella's words sounded like they could find out about my arrival without being told. I just smiled awkwardly.
Mella then told me to come in and wait inside. I obeyed and entered the house where almost all the corners were decorated with a sign of the cross.
"Wow... I don't know those people really into their religion," I said to myself.
A few minutes later Christ arrived and immediately sat next to Mella who was in front of me. Without having the chance to say my purpose for coming here, Christ had already spoken.
"You will not be able to find anything. They will not allow you. Whatever things can make you know they have blocked the access. Your arrival here is a fortune because they cannot prevent you from entering this house."
I tried to stop him, "Wait, wait a minute, can you explain it slowly?"
But Mella's words kept me silent, "Don't tell anyone..." she said that with a very pale face, and her vision was very fixed on me but I recognized the voice.
