"You make everything about you!" She screamed! "You know what?!" I stay silent "I'm telling mom! And when my school break is over I'm telling everyone!
"Prim I don't think that's necessary!" Peeta says "IS IT NECESSARY TO SKIP BY BIRTHDAY FOR A DATE WITH LOVER BOY?!?!?!" She snaps at me "PRIM DO NOT RAISE YOUR VOICE TOWARDS ME!" I yell
"Prim please think about this....... she just" I stopped Peeta before he could finish "Peeta you don't need to get involved too, I don't think she will listen anyways......" I reply "Goodbye katniss" she says. she runs away saying "mother won't be happy!" Peeta starts talking "I wouldn't be mad if you had to cancel the date." He states "Peeta we won't be able to date!" I scream! "My mom doesn't let me date, gale hates you too!" I start to snap twigs and yell at nothing.
"WHY CANT......" I yell "Katniss, one more night then we'll break up." He cuts me off "I - I - I......" I start crying "I'm so sorry!" I wine "you have nothing to be sorry about. He reassures "I have to apologize to prim!"
"No, I have to."he forces my face to look at his and leans in for a kiss. I don't fight it, I never really kiss him. We break away. "first idea that comes to mind we do." He says "climb trees" I say with a grin "Ok fine!"
"I need to go home." I say. He walks me home and as soon as I walk in I see Prim with a smug look and mother with her arms crossed "Grounded!" my mother yells "I'M NOT SIX YEARS OLD!" I scream!
