After she left I began to miss her. Not really sure why, that girl was annoying.
I gathered my jacket and left my house. I was determined, I needed to find a very special person who I knew would know what was up with Melissa.
I never realized how hard it was trying to find someone. I was always found, why couldn't I find.
Whatever, I didn't really care. I can get a snack on my way.
I found a girl crying and I sat beside her. "You alright?"
She ignored me at first, but eventually looked up. I smiled and she looked away.
"No."
"Awe..is it a boy?"
"No."
"Hm. No no don't tell me...you lost your job?"
She sniffed and looked at me. "What do you want?"
I clicked my tongue. "Isn't obvious? You."
The girl became alarmed and stood up. Backing up nervously and I chuckled. I stood up and grabbed her arms. "Don't scream."
Her body grew still as I pulled my fangs from her body. "Really?"
Oh great, just the person I wanted to see a few minutes ago.
"Lily!" I exclaimed and pulled the lifeless body against me like we were hugging. "You missed out on the fun. Sorry."
"I'm not here to joke around."
"Then what...are you here for?"
Lily looked at me skeptically and I smirked. "Stupid vampire mind reader."
"Original darling. Now? What about Melissa?"
I sighed and began to waltz with the corpse female on me. "Well. She isn't human. We kissed and made me unconscious. Now usually I wouldn't care but she made me unconscious!"
"You what!?" Lily yelled and I sighed yet again.
"Kissed. Now can we get to the important part? She made me unconscious."
"Oh. I don't care about you! Ryder, why did you kiss her?"
"I didn't. She kissed me."
Lily facepalmed and began mumbling. "She's a siren Ryder.."
"Um no. She doesn't sing."
"You have to break the bond before it's to late or....or you'll be bound to her forever." Lily stared at me seriously and I sighed for the hundredth time.
"Okay...that's bad because?"
"She'll kill you! Depending on which she is she'll feed from you."
I blinked my eyes and dropped the body, crossing my arms and looking towards the woods. "Okay then...wait-how do you know all of this?"
I looked back at Lily but she was gone. Great, she left. I wondered why but I mainly wondered about the new danger I'm in. I already have to worry about Eliss but now this?
