"Come on Gon! Please!" May whined, tugging at Byounggon's shirt. The two were at a coffee shop standing in line to order.

"But...I have to do some paperwork. Remember how I said I was gonna try out for this company that was having auditions? Well, the deadline is on Wednesday, so I thought I should get a head start."
Byounggon replied.

"Oh, please! You can do that stuff another day! Just come with me to Jiwon's birthday! I promised that I'd be there for her...but I don't wanna go alone," she frowned and clung to Byounggon's arm.

Byounggon groaned but when he saw how cute may looked he gave in. May smiled at him, placing a kiss on his cheek.

"Thank you so much Gonnie! You're the best boyfriend a girl could ask for!" May squealed and turned back around, so that she was facing the front of the line. Byounggon laughed and hugged her from behind. They were a couple that liked showing their affection in public. It was how their relationship was: open.

But sometimes Gon, found himself asking: was it all for show?

~Later that day at the party~

"Happy Birthday Jiwon! I love you so much, best friend!" May ran up to Jiwon and handed her the gift she'd bought. Jiwon thanked her and nodded towards some empty tables, telling her to sit where ever she would like. May nodded and grabbed Byounggon's hand as she walked to a table in the far corner.

"Hey babe, can you get me a drink while I go use the restroom?" May asked as she got up. Byounggon nodded and watched his girlfriend walk away to the restroom, before he turned in his phone. After scrolling on Instagram for a while, he finally got up and walked to the bar. He asked for two glasses and a bottle of Soju. Since he didn't trust himself to drink something that had already been prepared. After grabbing the drinks he set them down on the table before going back up to the bar and asking for an empty bottle of Soju. The guy working the bar was confused but handed him the bottle and watched as Byounggon walked over to a vending machine. As Byounggon pressed C8 and waited, he was oblivious to the stares he received from one table, specifically.

"Look, I'm just saying, if i was an animal I would  be a Pomeranian. I mean chicks hold you close to their chest and kiss and carry you all the time. Whats not to like?" Hyunsuk said taking a shot of soju. Junkyu and Seunghun stared at him wondering if he was sane.

"Wait are you serious?" Junkyu asked.
"I mean he is Hyunsuk, what can you expect?" Seunghun chuckled and took a long sip of the entire soju bottle.

"Hey! Don't drink the whole damn bottle Hun." Hyunsuk yelled and yanked it out of Seunghun's grasp, but instead of setting it down on the table, he took a huge gulp of it as well.

"Suk! You can't drink a lot either," Junkyu complained as he grabbed the bottle out of his hands and set it on the table, "you guys always do this! But not this time! I'm not letting you guys get drunk again! Plus I promised Mashi I'd be back in time to watch a movie that he rented for us to watch. So I can't be you guy's Uber tonight." Junkyu crossed his arms and smiled widely.

"Hey Junkyu look!" Hyunsuk said and pointed behind Junkyu. Junkyu turned around to see what Hyunsuk was talking about, and while he was doing that, Hyunsuk had grabbed the bottle of Soju and took another big gulp and passed it to Seunghun. Seunghun smirked and gratefully took the bottle from his hands.

"Hey isn't that," Junkyu, who was still looking away, began, "Byounggon?"

Hyunsuk looked in the same direction as Junkyu and nodded. Seunghun clenched his fist and lifted the bottle to drink.

"Hey Seunghun, pass the-" began Hyunsuk, only to find that Seunghun had already finished the entire bottle on his own.

"Uhm...maybe you shouldn't drink so much..." Junkyu offered but was only shrugged off by Seunghun. They'd come to have a good time but now that Byounggon was here that was going to make things harder.

A lot harder.

This was a bond chapter cuz it didn't start to build up till the next but I need this for context and what not. Anyways if ya see typos don't be surprised and I'll update tomorrow again too ;)

Also if I write the date it's cuz you need to pay mind to that so you don't get confused late and yeah see yah tomorrow with an update for this story and seesaw :)))
