"Back, you beast!" I screamed in fiery at the angeliocis fire-breathing dragon. It roared and struck me leaving a giant gash on my left arm. I lifted up my Moonlight sword in pain and anger while wailing, "We will get back our land!" I then woke up.
"Another dream.." I'd get up and hop into my maid outfit. I looked in the mirror and saw my knee length grey-ish brown hair. "Gosh, it's been so long since I've looked in the mirror.. I look so different.." I looked at a pair of scissors on a box in the back of my room. "Maybe it's time for a change..." I grabbed them and began chopping away at my hair. I didn't care if they were uneven, I could spend hours on that..but I'd be late. My hair fell to the floor with a *snip, snip*. I felt as if a weight lifted off my shoulders. All of the hair I had was weighing me down. I peered at my alarm clock from across the room. My pupils shrunk. "I'm going to be late!"
I hurried towards the castle tripping over myself. The people near the bread and water stand were staring at my uneven hair and watching me trip. None of them bothered to ask if I was okay, but that's just what the city does these days.
I reached the front of the castle. "State your name?" The guard proclaimed. I smiled and said, "Cassy, The maid." He adjusted his helmet and bowed. "Come in." The door dropped down. I curtsied and went into the castle, quickly getting to work. "Ah, hello, Cassy." I looked at the king. "Hello, your majesty. What would you like to eat today?" I smiled without hesitating. He looked at me and rubbed his stomach. "I'd like a yogurt with a side of milk and oats." I curtsied again. "Of course, your favorite." We'd both laugh and I'd head to the kitchen.
"I need a yogurt with milk and a side of oats, chef." The chef would look at me. "What kind of yogurt?" I'd stop for a minute, trying to remember if he asked for a specific type. "Not specified, give him a strawberry one." The chef reached for the strawberry yogurt. The queen came in. "Cassy, hello!" I was stunned for a minute, but quickly regained my focus. "Hello, Queen Lust." I curtsied once again. Her face grew a beautiful grin. "Do you need anything to eat? The chef can whip you up something." The chef handed me the king's breakfast. I quickly nodded my head. "Call me if you need anything, Queen Lust." I sprinted to the king and handed him his meal. "Enjoy, your majesty."
