"Eros!" I called him and walked my way to where he stood. Mukhang nagulat siya na nakita ako dito. That's the plan. Ang mabigla siya na super pretty na ako ngayon. "Surprise!"

"Radella?"

"The one and only." I beamed at him. He blinked a couple of times. Nagulat talaga siya, pano ba naman, yung huling beses na nakita niya ako ay chubby pa ako. He smiled back at me.

"Long time no see. What brings you here?"

"I enrolled." His brow turned into an arch. "Trust me, it's my father's idea."

This is a lie. Idea ko talaga to para mapalapit sa kanya. Ever since we were kids, I've always had a crush on him. That's the reason why I told my father that if he wants to arrange me for marriage, papayag lang ako kapag si Eros iyon at wala ng iba. He's just too good to be true. Gentleman, caring, thoughtful... the kind of man you want to spend the rest of your life with.

He's cold pagdating sa iba, but not to me. I always think that we have this special connection.

Kahit nung nagka girlfriend siya ng mukhang monkey na nagngangalang Daniela.

We talked for a while before we separated ways. He found out that I was in his class. Of course, I am. Pinasadya ko talaga iyon kay Daddy. Hindi ko naman talaga balak ang mag law kaso pinilit ko si Dad dahil nakarating sa akin na may ibinabahay na ang fiancé ko.

Papayag ba ako? Syempre hindi! He's mine to begin with. Nakatali na ang future namin ng magkasama.

As I entered the room, my eyes were locked on this woman who seemed very familiar, until I realized that she was the girl in the photos that my detective showed me.

So siya pala? Siya pala ang nagbabalak umagaw sa fiancé ko?

Though if I'm not being biased, I can say na maganda naman pala siya. Malapit na ng konti sa level ng kagandahan ko. She's cute, maliit lang ang face niya at very angelic. The photos that they gave me did not do her justice.

Napataas ang kilay ko. Bakit ko ba pinupuri ang girl na to? She's my rival. So when she looked at me, agad ko siyang inirapan at pumwesto sa seat dito sa harap and put my Hermes bag on the vacant chair beside me. Maybe she's curious kung sino ako. I flipped my hair.

I was scrolling through my phone when a tall, mestizo, and napaka-handsome na guy entered the room. He has a strong jawline that adds to his appeal. He's also wearing a white shirt inside his navy blue blazer and light brown pants. The usual corporate attire that a law student usually wears, and it made him more... gorgeous. The simplicity of his clothes made his face stand out. I appreciate good fashion, especially in men.

My lips parted when his eyes landed in my direction at halos tumalon ang puso ko nang nagtama ang mga mata namin. It was only for a split second, then he continued to roam his eyes around the room na parang may hinahanap.

His face brightened like he recognized someone na na sa likod ko.

Sa sobrang curious ko kung sino ang nagpapasaya sa gwapong lalaking to, lumingon ako at sinundan ang tingin niya, only to see that he was looking at—and now walking towards the girl I considered as my rival.

Wow. Seems like I underestimated her.

"Hi!" He greeted the woman na nakalimutan ko ang pangalan. Umangat naman ang tingin ng babae at ngumiti pabalik sa lalaki. "You're quite early today."
