Chapter three

Seths pov

It turns out me and Jade have every class together. It makes me really happy. We talk all day. She is really nice and respectful. I really like her. I want to see if I can take her on a date tomorrow night, which is Friday. I think I am going to ass her. I just.... Dont know when.. Maybe after school? We are at lunch now. She isn't eating. Just sitting at the lunch table. Ya I'll do it after school. I wonder why she isn't eating.  She isn't even talking to anyone. Some guy comes over. He grabs her by the wrist and pulls her to him. She squeals and I can tall he is hurting her.

"Jimmy your hurting me!" dhe says. He whispers something in her ear that makes ger cry. He then drags her further whispers something else in her ear. She then looks at him and nods. He then throws her to the ground and walks off. I run over to her.

"Are you ok?" I ask. She nods and stands up. She is still crying but she is looking down and trying to make sure I don't notice. I make her look up. I wipe her tears away.

"What did he say to you" I ask.

"I.... I can't tell you sir....." she says looking up at me.

"Ok I guess. Jade I told you to call me Seth remember?" I say.

"S-Seth..... Sorry......" she says looking down. She tenses. Like someone who is about to get hit does. I put my hand on her shoulder.

"Are you sure your ok?" I ask worried. She jumps a little at my touch then calms down and nods.

"Yes....."

"Ok....." he says. That boy, Jimmy walks by.

"I have to go Seth.... I am sorry..." she says before running off. I can hear her crying.

"Ok?" I say watching her run off. I then glare at jimmy. He just laughs then walks off. I roll my eyes.

After lunch I go to class. Jade is sitting in the back with my hoodie up. She is crying. I sit down by her.

"Jade. What's wrong?" I ask. She looks at me and wipes her eyes.

"I.... I...... I....... I can't tell you........" she says. Her cries turn into sobs.

"Please tell me...." he says.

"J-Jimmy.... Just stated the obvious....." she stutters and looks down.

"Oh...what did he say?" I ask rubbing her back.

"Um....." she blushes" That someone like...... You.... Could never care...... About someone like me..... Its stupid.... I know.... Sorry....." she says looking down hugging herself.

"I do care about you" I say.

"That's ..... Not what I mean....."

"What do you mean then?"

"I...... I...... I...... I-Have-A-Crush-On-.......you..." she says super quickly. I smile.

"I have a crush on you too. In fact. I was wondering if you would want to go out on like a date tomorrow" I say nervously.

She blushes and smiles really widely.

"Really?!! I would love to!!" she says happily.

"Yes really and ok!" I smile widely.

I hug her pulling her close. She smiles and hugs back. She stands up and buries her face in my chest. We stay like this until.... Jimmy comes in..... He comes over to us. Jade quickly pulls back.

"What did I tell you!!?!!" he screams in Jades face.

"Th-That he wouldn't care.... Th-That no one cares....." she says looking down," Except.... Daddy and the boys...." she says looking at the ground sadly.
